This condo is located on the side of the building where one elevator and one pool are currently closed due to HOA maintenance. The elevator and pool on the opposite side of the building remain open and available for use. We want to ensure you're aware in advance and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Welcome to Zibart's Folly, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located on the top floor of the Charleston Oceanfront Villas. This well-maintained, oceanfront villa is the perfect escape for a relaxing beach getaway. Featuring cool beach tones, coordinated décor, and modern comforts, Zibart’s Folly offers breathtaking 180-degree ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Step outside to your private, furnished balcony to enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the pier to the left, and Kiawah Island to the right.

Living Area:
The spacious living room provides ample seating, a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable and Chromecast, and a Bluetooth soundbar for playing your favorite playlist. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, recycled glass countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The adjacent dining area seats eight, making it perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together.

Bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: King bed with ocean views and direct access to the balcony, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, recycled glass vanity, and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a private attached bathroom featuring a soaking tub and recycled glass vanity.
Bedroom #3: Queen bed, shares a bathroom with Bedroom #4.
Bedroom #4: Two twin beds, shares a bathroom with Bedroom #3.

Bathrooms:
All three bathrooms are updated with modern amenities, including soaking tubs, walk-in showers, double vanities, and fresh towels.

Each villa includes two parking spaces. Additional parking passes may be purchased for $50–$100, depending on the season. Golf carts, low-speed vehicles (LSVs), trailers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
