Great location and very roomy for not a huge space.. easily accommodated our two families of 4! So nice to see the beach from the deck and walk down so easily

The location cannot be beat. Wonderful views. Friendly locals. The condo was spacious and recently remodeled. Definitely would return. Walkable to everything except grocery. We planned ahead and did not have to get back in the car from arrival to departure.

It was a great stay! The dishwasher didn’t work while we were there but other than that the description on the website was very accurate! We will return to this location in the future.

Would book again

What a wonderful location! Right on the Beach and walking distance to pier, shops, and restaurants. Kids had a blast, adults had a blast, and there was ample space for all. Communication during booking was amazing and we would love to return!

Great place for New Year celebration

The unit is in a great location, outside of building is not very clean but the inside was wonderful. Very roomy and clean with everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again

"Swan Dive" is centrally located, both on the island as well as within the condo complex (one of the closest units to the elevator). It's perfect for larger groups, between the extra large sectional and outdoor furniture there is plenty of seating for all! Family fun

Wonderful time spent with my family enjoying the hometown feel of Folly Beach. Perfect view with easy beach access. Short walk to all the local restaurants. I hope to come back soon!

Great condo

Great condo with an excellent location. Would definitely stay here again. Had a small issue with the check in code which was quickly resolved by the team.

Winter Get Away

Beach Celebration

Wonderful place for a family gathering. Loved the 'throw-back' feel of Folly Beach. Condo was perfect-close to everything. Beautiful views of a beautiful beach!! Hope to return some day.

Family Fun on the beach!
