This is a great condo. Right on the ocean, beautiful views great balcony well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds . Would love to stay here again.

Great Time at a Great Place

Ideal location on the beach and walkable to the Main Street restaurants, bars and shops. Great ocean view and spacious balcony for large groups. Equipped with everything you need for a great stay!

Great Location & Views on Folly Beach

Condo was very nice, clean and spacious. It was nice to have a large balcony with an amazing view.

A Favorite Spot

We again enjoyed our stay at Ocean Front Villas. We love the location. Our condo was very clean, we were able to reach staff for everything we needed, and will definitely be booking again.

Family spring trip

This condo was beautiful - 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and a great view of the ocean, and could hear the tide come in at night. Beds were very comfortable.

Girls Birthday Trip

Great location and great property for a girls trip with 8 ladies. Condo was as nice as it looked, worked very well for this group. We would definitely return.

beautiful view

Just as described, this place had a great view of the ocean with direct access. Our family of 7 had space to be together and privacy too. We enjoyed cooking our thanksgiving dinner here.

Perfect place

We loved this unit very much. Everyone commented on how it was their favorite vacation unit we've ever stayed at. Thanks for the great home base for a week full of family memories. We'll see you again next year!

Foley Beach vacation

This condo was fantastic! Location was great. We could walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was extremely clean (we are OCD about this) and nicely stocked. Beds were comfortable, views off the balcony were great and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed the location and the view. Had everything we needed for the most part. If you like hard beds you will be in heaven for us this would be a reason to not return because beds were super firm. Also master shower was kinda of a pain to work and no hot water at peak shower time. But view was stunning, size of condo was wonderful and great beach vibe.

Amazing View

We loved this property! It had an absolutely amazing view from the balcony! It had plenty of room for 4 couples and was well appointed with most everything we needed. The unit was updated and clean. The condo complex is in a great location walkable to downtown Folly Beach, and the pier. We enjoyed Loggerhead's restaurant directly across the street many times because it was so convenient (the handbreaded cheese sticks are AMAZING). We would definitely stay here again.
