This 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home is perfect for your large family or your family and friends. This 2900 sq ft home features a first floor master with king bed, and four second story bedrooms include two rooms with queen beds, one with two twins, and one bedroom with a full over full bunk bed with trundle to sleep a total of 13 people comfortably. All bedrooms include abundant closet/storage space. Upgrades to this home include all brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and engineered hardwood floors. Enjoy spending quality family time in the spacious gourmet kitchen and dining area, open living room, or second story loft area. Park your car in the two car garage for the quick 1.5 mile ride to enjoy Bethany Beach, delicious food, tax free shopping, and large playground for the kids.
Amenities to the community include outdoor pool, clubhouse, fitness center, spa, steam room, and community parks, trails and gardens.
*The use of amenities in the community will require the purchase of wristbands for $38 from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Children under the age of 6 are not required to purchase.
Take in the view at the nearby canal boat launch for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Only 1.5 miles to Bear Trap Dunes Country Club for a 27 hole course for all skill levels of golfers.

Great Time on Vacation!

It was a wonderful vacation at this home. It was a very easy check-in process and the home was beautiful! It was everything we wanted. The pool was just a quick walk away and drive to Bethany Beach was 5 minutes! I had an easy time communicating with the Gross family regarding the home. Such a great time!!

Good community, newer home

Overall the experience was great. The home was nice and the community is beautiful. The home feels big with lots of space but could use another bathroom upstairs if you are planning to fill most of the beds. The community is great (pool, gym, etc) but lacked a playground and a useful shuttle (shuttle only runs on weekend and rentals are Sat evening to Sat morning, leaving only Sunday for shuttle use). However, it is a quick drive to beach entrance and we could always find parking but we did pay for parking every time. Our stay was at the end of the summer so some parts of the house were not as clean or fresh as I'm sure they normally are at the start of the season. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for a vacation home. My suggestion to travelers is to bring additional seating for the living areas and kitchen if you have more than 5 or 6 people. A few camping chairs or folding chairs would work. The outdoor space in this particular unit is limited. There is one sparsely furnished deck upstairs but beyond that there is not a front porch or a back patio for outdoor seating (something we noticed other units did have). The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of sleep options (bunks, trundle, big closets, etc). The kitchen is spacious and the house has two separate living room/TV areas (one on the main level, one upstairs).

Excellent First Visit to Bethany!

This was our first time visiting Bethany Beach and it was my family and 2 other families (5 adults, 5 children). The property was immaculate and plenty spacious. The pool was beautiful and centrally located to some many great amenities including shopping, beach access, and restaurants. Jeff was easily available for any questions. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you Gross family!

Lovely home

Lovely Home

This is a very comfortable and pretty home. The kids loved the pool, more than the beach! The beach is not walkable, but a short car ride away. The owners were excellent when addressing our problem. Our problem was the internet. We never did get good coverage, although every day it seemed that a different person could access it. Fortunately, we could hotspot from our phones. This could be a problem for anyone who needs to work and needs the internet. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Beautiful end of summer with family

Gorgeous home, short drive from the beach. Really nice clubhouse on the property, kid friendly and great staff. Jeff was accessible for any question and overall a fantastic experience! We are already planning next year!

The house is absolutely beautiful, CLEAN and fit our needs perfectly

We stayed here with 9 adults for 5 days and 4 nights from August 31 to September 4, 2018. The house is absolutely beautiful, CLEAN and fit our needs perfectly. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. It's about 1.5 miles from home to Bethany Beach. You can go to nice restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive easily. It's only 30 minutes away to Ocean City, MD. You can buy grocery from Giant supermarket less 10 minutes away, the clubhouse like brand new clubhouse and has a gym, nice size pool, pool table, basketball court, and the pool and outdoor space was great. We had a great 5 days 4 nights trip and definitely plan to be back! Thank you for a great family vacation.

Beautiful Property _ Great Community Pool

My family has begun making summer trips to Bethany Beach a tradition, and this is a beautiful, spacious property to stay in that is close enough to the beach. This townhome is nestled in a new community that is still in development, which was great, as the community pool was new and lightly attended - there were times where we had the pool all to ourselves. Since we toured the model homes in the community last year, we were very familiar with the layout of this particular property, and it's an ideal setup for two families - as there are bedrooms and a living room area on both floors. We'd definitely consider staying here again next year.

Beautiful new home with ample space to accomodate multiple families

My family of four plus our AuPair and my brother & sister in law with my 3 nephews (total of 10!) had a wonderful time! This house is beautiful and spacious and one of the great perks is having access to a really nice gym and pool (great to have after long beach days). The house is in great location to check out all the beaches in the area - we made it to Rohoboth, Dewey, Bethany, and Ocean City beaches. The only small critique that we had was that there wasn't enough kitchen tools (i.e. knives for cutting) or wine glasses in the house. Although we ate out most nights, the nights that we ate in, we didn't have enough cooking tools and were scrambling to wash and dry dishes to have enough for the meal. Other than that, we had an amazing week and already planning to come back next year!

Great Rental Property - Convenient Location

The property was excellent and we had a great time. The neighborhood pool and gym are great and it was a wonderful spot for two families to get together for a vacation. Only issue was that the Wifi sometimes stops working and the router needs to be reset, but the owner was prompt in dealing with this. Excellent rental!

Wonderful!

Beautiful, spacious home. The owners were extremely helpful and promptly answered questions. Even the next door neighbors were kind and offered help, if we needed it. My grandchildren LOVED the pool. It was difficult to get them to go to the ocean because they rather swim in the pool! On a side note I'm wondering if this is a newer rental because of not having"extras" there? (Beach supplies?).

Great property, great location, great amenities!!

The house was absolutely perfect!!! It was nearly brand new, and it had new appliances, flooring, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms fit our families of 13 people comfortably, and the huge kitchen was the center piece of our stay. The ability to use the neighborhood pool, club house, gym, and basketball court were also great for our families. And the location was great - a shuttle ride away to the beach, as well as a short drive to groceries, golf, etc. Overall, an awesome property.

Gorgeous Home and Perfect Stay!

This is the most beautiful and well kept home our family has stayed in. We have rented through vrbo and other sites many times and honestly this is the first property that was 100% accurate. The Gross family was great with communication and we would love to go back one day soon and stay!

Fun family weekend

We had a wonderful time staying here over the Memorial Day weekend. We were three families (6 adults, 7 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is very well appointed: comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, spacious living area. The community shuttle bus dropped us at the beach each day, and the kids made great use of the community pool and games room. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, family getaway.

Great stay in a beautiful home!

Beautiful new home with all the space you need...5 bedrooms, comfy beds...room to spread out. Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, and more. Only disappointment was that the pool wasn't open yet. BUT the beach was so close and wonderful !!
