We invite you to call our elegantly renovated 1200 Sq Ft 2BR 2BA condominium home during your visit to Prescott. Walk the Granite Creek Trail to the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, local restaurants, and shopping.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our property and have the reviews to support this. We clean our own unit and are confident that we can assure a safe and healthy experience for you and your family.
We strive to create an experience that we would like to have when renting a vacation home. Our kitchen is furnished with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, glassware & entertaining accessories that make you feel at home. Things like extra linens for bed and bath, personal toiletry items, laundry and cleaning supplies ensure that you won't be wasting time shopping for things you might have need. And just in case you don't make it to the grocery store upon arrival, we make sure there is coffee and tea for your first morning.

My husband and I moved to Prescott in 2016. We fell in love with the area many years ago and put it on our list of potential "places to land". After putting 30,000+ miles in our 2006 Honda travelling around the country it came down to Austin TX & Prescott. We chose Prescott and haven't regretted a minute of it!

The area has a local feel that is "Very Prescott".
