This property is in an ideal location for exploring Tybee Island and visiting the beach. It was clean and fresh when we arrived. While within walking distance of the commercial strip, the local area is residential with limited noise (although outside noise may be greater during the Summer). The property matched the description and easily accommodated 5 adults in Tybee for a wedding. Having an elevator to the third floor was great. Parking was good but it could be problematic for large SUVs as it is tandem parking, and you'll have vehicles for two other units in the building parked on both sides. Communication with the owner's management company was easy.

This is a lovely property with a great location. Everything was clean and well maintained. The balcony was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the ocean breezes in the evening!

Nice Views and Indoor/Outdoor Spaces

Great location. Easy walking to beach and local eateries and shops. Plenty of space inside and a couple small outdoor decks to enjoy as well. Easy drive to Savannah. Would recommend this condo for a beach getaway.

Quiet neighborhood with ocean view !

Visiting friends in Georgia and decided to stay in Tybee Island. Never been there before and we had a blast. The condo had everything we needed and I would definitely stay there again.

Tybee-My favorite beach!

We had a great time on Tybee. This property was large enough for our family of 5, close to the Pier, and perfect location for a family. We will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful week!

The place was nice and spacious and in a great location. Convenient to the beach and restaurants/bars/etc. Elevator very handy! Only negatives were the mattresses aren't very comfortable, the pocket door to the master bedroom is very difficult to slide and noisy, and there was broken glass under the second bedroom bed.

Girls weekend

We had an amazing time. This condo was perfect. It was the right distance from the beach and just far enough away from the shops to have peace and quiet. The elevator was a major bonus for loading and unload our gear. We hope to come again

Would stay again

I'm so glad I found this place. It was a last minute trip and they made it so easy. I received information soon after I booked and before we arrived. The place was clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are supplied very well. The beds are comfortable. It's decorated beautifully. You are near to the shops and restarants. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend !!

To much mildew for me lets just say that.

This is very misleading and unfortunate. There were 2 SMALL spots in the house with mildew. One was about 2 inches wide in the top corner of the living room closet. This closet faces the exterior of the home and there is some amount of moisture/humidity that collects in this corner. We have washed it with bleach and it is clean and we will continue to keep an eye on it. The 2nd spot was under the pull out sofa where it turns out a former guests spilled a drink of some sort and it grew mildew. This sofa is ridiculously heavy to move and the housekeeper had not seen the spot. Somehow our guest was able to move this sofa (not sure why) and spotted the spill. It has also been cleaned thoroughly. There is NO mildew of mold growing in this home!!! This guest was belligerent and most unpleasant about something that was simple to fix and impacted nothing about his stay. We work very hard to keep our homes immaculately clean despite our challenges with extreme beach humidity.
