Family Tides - Oregon Beach Vacations

Family Tides is a beautiful two story home, complete with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for eight guests! Snuggle up on the deck and witness a beautiful Oregon coast sunset with your loved ones. Primary bedroom offers a king size bed, the guest room has a queen size bed, and the Bunkroom has two sets of bunk beds and its own TV setup so the kids can hang out and watch movies on their own on those rainy days. There are two full bathrooms as well.

Modern and stylish, Family Tides in Lincoln City offers plenty of natural light, a roomy galley style kitchen with new and modern appliances and seating for eight around the dinner table.
Your just a short walk to the beach access on Inlet Avenue or have a picnic in nearby Wecoma Park. The best that Lincoln City has to offer is just around the corner.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 people, including adults, children and infants. This number may not be exceeded at anytime during the stay, including daytime visitors.

Clean and comfortable with short walk to the beach.Lots to do within an hour drive. We enjoyed the 1.5 mile hike to Drift Creek Falls suspension bridge

It feels like they don't do as detailed or as deep of a clean since it's dog friendly. A lot of the pans are rusted and unusable. They have 2 BBQ but no BBQ utensils. It was large and roomy for our group. The foosball table and ping pong were nice to have and play on. The garbage was overflowing and I called on our 1st day of our 3 night stay. As we're going to check out today the garbage has yet to be addressed as they say it would be according to the binder left inside with all the instructions. It's a great location and with some tweaks to how they handle things it could be a great place to stay again. It with in walking distance of the beach which we were able to catch a beautiful sunset on out last night.

Love that this home is pet friendly and it is in a great location. One note, the carpet may need a deep cleaning or replacement as it felt really dirty and smelled. Otherwise, the place was great!

I had to make too many phone calls upon arrival. We were not setting the information we needed to access the property… That was one phone call. As we pulled in we were met with a garbage can overflowing with garbage on the outside of the garage. I called every day and we were there for three days and it was never remedied. I feel sorry for the people that had to come after us. The information for the Wi-Fi that was not Only! sent to us, but also in the book on the coffee table was incorrect. That was another phone call. The banister in the entryway needs to be painted. It looks very dirty. The kitchen was clean and the rest of the place was clean. Upon checkout, there was conflicting information in the book and in the email we were sent. This was frustrating for us. All in all it did not leave a good taste in our mouth. We enjoyed the layout of the place and once we got past the first day and all the issues we were able to relax until it came time to leave. We did not like having to leave the garbage sitting by the front door inside the house. There was only two of us, but if we had been a full house, the garbage can situation would’ve been intolerable.

Excellent Beach Getaway

House was clean and as advertised. The front steps are a little steep so we went in and out through garage which worked out great! We’d stay here again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing was that the view of the beach was different in the listing. Looks like there has been new construction of other beach houses that have changed the view. But over all we were happy with our stay.

Great time in Lincoln City

Family fun

The stay was amazing. Unfortunately, the unit was not clean when we arrived. Also some amenities not present. Otherwise a nice stay!!!

The WiFi issue was never resolved. The picture of the house in the listing was not the actual house. The listing says pet friendly but the back yard is not suitable for dogs. The door to the garage doesn’t lock

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy access to the beach, everything we needed for our family and dogs. Close to town and excellent customer service. I had booked a smaller place and Oregon Beach Vacations called me to let me know something had come up with my rental and upgraded us for no additional charge. In this time of COVID 19 it was nice to spend time with family and play games and be together. Nice deck and games in the garage!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is well kept and clean. Had one issue during our stay where the smoke alarms went off in the middle of the night randomly. When it did it again the next day we called and had a maintenance man come take a look. He was there within 20 mins, changed the batteries and was on his way. Will definitely be staying here again.

A lot of stairs and NO hot water

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No master bed room with bathroom. The ups stairs bathroom is shared with the upper floor. No hot water the whole trip, the front stairs are very steep and slippery when it rains. Hard to sleep in the master with the ONLY lining room is up stairs with the kitchen.

Nice house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good house for what we needed it for. Just had to store our items and stash some cars for a fishing trip. House was fully stocked with what we needed. Only “complaint” if that was the stove took a little longer than expected to boil a pot and the garage spot closest to the door is very short. Like so short a camry or accord can’t park straight on. We ended up moving the fooseball table to park in crooked. Other than that the price was awesome and we’ll definitely consider the house again for future rental!

Good stay

We are a group of 6. 1 grandmother, 2 moms, 1 aunt and 2 cousins age 6 1/2. Sleeping arrangements were fine and as described. It looked like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed before our visit, as there were sunflower seeds and chip crumbs clearly visible. We used the bbq twice and enjoyed having the option available. Access to the beach was tricky and about 6 blocks away total. One route required a long, steep stairway but we found another option that allowed us to bring our things in a wagon. The kitchen was small but mostly adequate except for there not being lids to the pots and no mixing bowls and no utility scissors to open packaging. All in all the facility was as described. Couldn’t park in the garage due to the game tables in the way. The neighborhood was quiet.

Loved the house and location was great for not being right on the beach. They need new cleaners. If this were my house, and it’s a lovely house, I would be so angry that the cleaners aren’t taking care of it. There were several dog pee marks at the bottom of the stairs that hadn’t been cleaned. The carpets had not been vacuumed. There were dead bugs and other peoples hair everywhere. Cobwebs, spiders in the corners. There were only pillow covers on Some of the pillows and those without were stained! Stains on the sheets too so we slept on the top cover. I am pretty tolerant so the only issue I brought up was the dog stains and someone came out to put carpets on top of the stains. I’d go to this house again if they changed the cleaners!

Great location! This house needs some updating and overall cleaning/repair but it's a typical beach rental. Nice, quiet neighborhood. It has everything needed for a beach getaway.
