Step into the true “Oceanfront Escape” and wake up to the rhythm of the waves, where the ocean is your front yard.



Oceanfront Escape is one of the few condos at Seascape that sits truly beachfront and faces directly to the beach. It has spacious living and dining areas, perfect for families and small groups to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Located on the top floor, it offers an added sense of privacy, quiet, and uninterrupted relaxation.



This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath coastal retreat comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed with a direct ocean view. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, and the living room offers a queen sofa bed and a single sofa bed. Each room is equipped with its own smart TV, along with WiFi and cable for your convenience. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals, with all essential utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & an umbrella, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, Keurig and regular coffee, cream and sugar are provided for the guests. Laundry room with full-size coin-operated washer/dryers is located on the same floor.



Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living with a large heated year-round pool, two hot tubs, and a dedicated kids’ pool, BBQ pits and lounging chairs. The property has elevators, stairs, and direct beach access, making it effortless to move from poolside relaxation to sandy shores in moments.



No need to pack extra for the beach. There is a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.



THINGS TO KNOW



* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the third floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

This place was incredible! The view was unbelievable. We could be on the beach within a minute of leaving our room. It was located on a quiet stretch of beach just past the seawall and it was just a quick drive to the other parts of Galveston we explored. We loved having access to beach toys, chairs, etc and the pool was great. The actual room had everything we needed. If we ever come back to Galveston (which we hope we do), we will absolutely be staying here again.

Perfect location to enjoy Galveston beaches without crowds. Room has front row beach views. Clean room and well maintained common areas of property. Plenty of coffee/cream/sugar provided in room. Access to beach chairs and toys. Quick and easy communication with host. Would rebook this exact room.

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! The view could not be any more beautiful or relaxing, and the size of the place was perfect for us and our 3 small kids. They LOVED the beach of course, and the pool area had surprise hot tubs and kiddie pool area! Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were beach chairs and umbrellas to borrow. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything was great. The best part of the apartment was the balcony looking straight at the beach. All public areas of the complex were clean and well maintained. We had a great time.

This unit was outstanding! It was clean and comfortable with a beachfront/waterfront balcony that is unmatched! Absolutely gorgeous! The common areas like pool, hot tub, beach access, are excellently maintained. The buildings themselves are older and have withstood the test of time and have been very well taken care of. A totally relaxing weekend for us with only one complaint...it needs a larger/newer coffee maker(10-12 cups). The existing one is 4-5 cups and the lid doesn't close on it. Like the info on the unit states, 'Coffee is important!' There is also a Kuerig and pods but we did not use it. Definitely not a deal breaker, but food for thought. Other than that, the unit is a perfect beach rental and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Lovely well equipped condo on the beach! It was too chilly on this visit to make use of the condo facilities (pool & hot tub), but they were very inviting.Would stay here again!

We loved this cozy little condo overlooking the beach! Everything was comfortable and we had just what we needed to feel at home. The hot tub was enjoyable and the kids loved the heated pool. Marge was very responsive to our needs!

Beautiful stay! Great host, clean condo with spectacular views. Condo is well equipped to cook or close by near restaurant. Walk to the beach and condo amenities are amazing too. Would stay here again!

Well maintained, very clean, and great view. All guests loved everything about this place. Only issue we had was getting in the pool and beach areas because the instructions didn’t explain that you had to press the * symbol before or after the code. Also the code wasn’t changed according to the month as stated. It was May but still using the April month.

Great stay

The listing is very accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Loved the easy access to the beach. Fantastic location because of being in the middle of the Island with easy access to the East and far West ends.

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely stunning.The place was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel just like home. The beds were super comfy too, making it easy to relax and recharge. Highly recommend for a peaceful and convenient getaway!

Perfect location for a quick beach getaway

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for, away from the main tourist area, beaches were clean and no where near as crowded as we expected being there in a holiday weekend, the condo was perfect, as described, clean and no issues. Definitely met our expectations and then some. Would happily plan to go back again.

Very nice stay. Owner was responsive to any of my questions. The only suggestion would be a small air pump for blowing up beach floats.
