On the Deschutes River, this 5 bedroom home has everything you need for your Sunriver vacation, including a 900 Sq Ft deck and two master suites overlooking the river. It’s located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with Plenty of parking for your boat, quads or snow machines. Located 3 miles from Sunriver resort, we offer this spacious home without the stress of the crowded village area, yet close enough to ride your bikes, or float your kayaks and rafts right to the home.
Pet friendly, so your four legged friends are welcome!

Very nice home. Well equipped and comfortable for a large family. Make sure you are prepared for mosquitos, they were terrible.

Beautiful home on the river

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the river. The kitchen was stocked with everything he would need to make meals on property. We had four couples so we each had a king bed, which was wonderful. We were able to do a river float and end right at the property, which was a bonus.

Perfect Setting

The large house right on the river was a perfect setting for our family. Although we didn't use the bicycles the house had a large selection to choose from. We did use the flotation devices - kayaks, rafts, etc. and life jackets and enjoyed the chance to float down river straight from the house's dock. The owners were responsive when we had a concern about the water pressure. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils and they have a great washer and dryer.

Great Rental!

Booked this place for a group ski weekend. Fantastic location on the river. Spacious rental. The hot tub was amazing to have after a long day skiing. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic House

This house was so awesome, even better than expected. We had a group of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The layout of the house is great for a big group. The backyard and view were amazing! It’s fully equipped with all kinds of activities like kayaks, bikes, and a standup paddleboard. There’s lots of extra outdoor chairs and tables in the garage also.we would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed in many many rental houses over the years and this one was by far the best. Beautiful, large, comfortable home with every amenity you could want. Fantastic location, quiet neighborhood, amazingly well stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to go back

Best Thanksgiving EVER!!

11 of my family members and I enjoyed 5 days over Thanksgiving in this beautiful home. It was fully stocked to have an amazing Thanksgiving feast. The table fit us all perfectly, including my 1 year old niece. The home also has a high chair, pack n' play, baby gate, toys and books. There were plenty of extra tables and chairs (kept in the garage) which we used to setup a puzzle table. I could go on. We enjoyed ourselves so much and we plan to return to this home in the future.

Beautiful House on Deschutes River

This house was everything and more. It comfortably fit nine adults and had everything we needed: Fully stocked kitchen (Megan even brought over cake pans so I could bake a birthday cake for my husband). We really enjoyed the hot tub, biking and rafting on the river. Beautiful home would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything was great - our only complaint was the water pressure was low to the point where upstairs showers weren't always useable. The managers were very responsive and available. Overall a very nice place

Would stay again

Such a great house for our large friend group. Would definitely stay here again. Close to sunriver- had a great time there. Bedrooms were clean and roomy. Kids loved the bunk room. Two fridges always great with bigger groups. Well stocked kitchen. No negatives at all - only thing was we didn’t realize how close house was to the road so kids couldn’t freely ride bikes. Great big back porch for evenings. Beautiful river view. No complaints.

Great location!

Two families with children, ages 6 to 17 stayed at this well equipped house for three days. House is in a great location on the Deschutes River. Great location to drop in at, and raft or kayak down to the Century Rd. bridge. House is only a five minute drive to Sunriver downtown and Sunriver lodge area. Plenty of parking.

Great Getaway!

My family of 4 along with my cousins family of 4 shared this great home for a week. Lots of space for time together, and room for privacy. Both families brought our dogs. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need. Watching floaters go by was a highlight. We put in our paddle boards at Big Bridge and floated to the dock at the house. So convenient and a great way to spend a few hours. Thank you for opening your home!

Where to begin- this house checks every box. The view, the kayaks, the deck, the spacious bedrooms, the beautiful kitchen, the kids games. It had everything! We had the best time and the house was perfect for our entire family.

May Get away

Overall we had a great time and the area was beautiful & quiet. The home is located in a nice spot to simply relax. The home has tons of room and is overall really nice. The only reason for the 4 stars in lieu of 5 was simply that we had a few issues that we were not made aware of before our arrival. 1. The pictures show a fire pit, so we got everything to make smores, but on arrival there was no fire pit. I asked after we checked in and was told it was a county burn restriction issue, it would have been nice to just either have that picture updated on the site and/or a heads up in the conversations after booking. 2. Microwave was inoperable, again we brought some supplies that were based on using a microwave, plus our young granddaughter had items which needed that function. Again, a quick email or text would have helped and saved us money on those items we could not use.3. BBQ is in poor condition with no functioning starter (gas grill) and we could find no lighters or matches and ultimately had to buy one (none of us are smokers).These may seem minor or even petty, but when you see pictures and expect everything to be operable, it is a bit disappointing and as well we did buy items we could not use. Overall it was great stay and we enjoyed the area as always.In communicating with the owner she was very prompt and polite and was very apologetic about the items listed and indicated they are being resolved.I would recommend staying here.
