Only 4 houses (3 minute walk)separate this beautifully furnished, well appointed, year round vacation home from the beach in Ocean City. With 3 well decorated bedrooms and 2 baths, this home can accommodate 8 adults quite comfortably!

only 4 houses from the beach, and this house is loaded with amenities, including:

We are located on the south end of the island, at 51st and West Ave. A family oriented, lifeguard attended beach.

Cute Place in Great Location!

The place was super cute and perfect for a family of 4! So close to the beach (2 minute walk) and on a quiet and safe street. Lots that you can walk to!

Great spot!

Tom and Heidi’s place is a great spot in Ocean city! House is clean and has everything we needed for our stay. Very short walk to the beach, and close to Mallons sticky buns :) would stay again.

Great 3-bed, 2-bath. Nice layout and two decks. Two short blocks to the beach. Very good communication with the owner. Rooms are a bit small, but we had 8 ppl, no issues. Everything worked well, and were very happy with our stay.

Amazing communication

Tom had amazing communication and was able to help accommodate us as our first trip as a new family with our newborn! The stay was super close to the beach which was amazing for our new family!

Nice place. Clean.

Property was perfect for us. Close enough to the beach access and everything else we did. We were worried about parking, given there is only one space, but we were able to park out front the entire time. We used both front and rear decks and the grill was a bonus. Well worth the price.

Perfect location on the Jersey shore

This was our first time in OC and we loved the area. Not to crowded, beach was nice and clean, and many services in the area. The property had enough space for our group of 8 and we really enjoyed the place. Just 2 blocks away from the beach! Tom was also a pleasure to deal with. This is a fabulous place to stay for a vacation at the shore! When we were trying to decide which end of OC we wanted to stay, the pictures of this rental are what helped us make our decision, and we were not disappointed. Not only is the house clean and comfortable with new furnishings, the location could not have been better. It is a short walk to the beach access and this end of OC is divine. The beaches are wider than up towards the boardwalk and way less crowded. We loved it! Tom is also a great host. Very responsive to messages and helpful. Thank you from our family for a great week at the shore!

August Stay

We rented this for our son and his family. All good. Only minor negative was a musty smell in the washer. The owner responded quick and had his cleaners rectify it.

Property was clean, but very close quarters for four people, can't imagine staying with more. Kitchen is small and set up poorly. Walking space in the master bedroom was very tight - i have bruises to prove it, and both bathrooms are tiny - we all showered outside because of that. For such limited space, there was an abundance of unnecessary decorative items on every surface. Not a bad place but not recommended for 4 adults.

We had a great week at Tom's place in Ocean City. This was our second time, having stayed here a few years ago. The house is clean and comfortable, and a quick walk to the beach. We love the southern end of the island where it's a little less crowded. The tile in the master bathroom shower needs to be replaced, and the washer/dryer are downstairs in a shared utility room. There's also no laundry basket to haul your clothes up and down the stairs so we wound up picking one up at the store. Neither of these things would keep us from returning, but just something to be aware of. Tom is great at communicating all the info you need ahead of time, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing bad to say here. The property, upon arrival was clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. Additionally, everything worked as it should. The AC kept the place cool, all appliances and the BBQ functioned as expected, and there was great water pressure from the showers (often a pet peeve of my wife). The location was also excellent. The house is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, a 15-17 minute drive to the Boardwalk and Somers Point (great restaurants in Somers Point), and 30 minutes to Atlantic City.Bringing 3 cars, I can attest that we had no problems with parking. We utilized the 1 dedicated parking spot and street parking for the other 2 vehicles wasn't an issue. We were there from 7/3 - 7/10 and found it manageable on 7/4 when Ocean City itself was very busy (and incredibly easy on the other days). Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't say that Tom was a great host. Very nice guy and excellent communication. We even had a question on the evening of the 4th and he promptly picked up the phone. In short, if I were to find myself back in Ocean City I would not hesitate to reach back out to Tom.

This is second year renting same place. It was a wonderful experience again, great location and quiet after Labor Day. Owner Tom is east to communicate with- willing to address any issues.

Ocean City Return

After about 45 years, my wife and I returned to the beach where she spent many years in her youth. We had our daughter and her 3 year old son with us. The week was perfect and the home was everything we wanted it to be. It was a fabulous return for my wife and it was my grandson’s introduction to the beach and the ocean and we had a ball!

Excellent property

This property is 3 blocks from the ocean in a fairly quiet neighborhood. It was well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The owner was easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this vacation spot!
