New kitchen and a view ocean front pool and beach!

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1st floor condo in oceanfront building in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. The balcony overlooks the pool and offers views of the ocean. Lounge chairs are available by the pool. Windy village also has a sun deck, outdoor shower, and charcoal grills. Parking is available for up to 2 cars per unit, with some parking available under the building. The condo features a newly remodeled kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinets. All flooring has been recently replaced. (There is no carpeting.) There is an in unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are flat screen tv’s in both bedrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with a TV. Cable service and free wi-fi are included.

Local attractions include restaurant row, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, water parks, the Sea Aquarium, Alabama Theater and all that Myrtle and North Myrtle have to offer. Hamburger Joes is within walking distance.

This is a great unit for those looking to stay directly on the beach and those looking for a shorter stay. We welcome arrivals and departures any day of the week, even during peak season.

This unit is on the first floor but STAIRS ARE REQUIRED. THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. Our unit sits on the SIDE of an oceanfront building. Balcony offers unobstructed ocean views as seen in photos. We rent to responsible adults 25 years and older only. The 25 or older renter must be on sire during entire stay. No exceptions. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and pets are not permitted.

You are welcome to bring your own linens if you prefer. Free owner included linens consist of sheets for king bed and 2 twin beds and bath towels for up to 6 guests. Linens are NOT included for the sofa bed. If you intend to use the pull out, you will need to bring sheets for it. We recommend that you bring beach towels. Guests supply own soaps (dish, laundry, bath) and paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, etc). $49 property fee is an ACCIDENTAL damage waiver.

Amazing Stay

Great condo!

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway for a few days and having grown up going to Myrtle Beach we were happy to find this gem in North Myrtle to relax at. The owners were very responsive and great to deal with. The condo was very clean and as advertised. We were very happy with our stay and will certainly be back! You really won't go wrong staying here!

Great Vacation Spot by the Beach! Condo was beautiful!

Owner was very friendly and great communicator, from booking all the way to the point of our check-in day. Condo was as described and was clean and comfortable, and even had a few extras in the kitchen, which we much appreciated. Didn’t have any issues with the condo during our stay. Thank you for making it a great vacation for us.

This property was perfect for my family of four... beach and other amenities so close. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation. Holly was amazing, always answered back in a timely manner for all my questions. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect space for our family with a pool and view of the ocean ( and a short path to the ocean).

We stayed 7 days and loved being so close to everything, ocean, food, shopping, etc. we were disappointed to find that the cleanliness wasn’t the best. I swept right away and even found a pair of women’s panties under the dresser. We opened the couch to put our sheets on and it was full of crumbs. We also saw some roach bugs run under the refrigerator and across the floor and found 2 in the tub. With this all being said I just wanted you to be aware of who is cleaning ( or not cleaning). Your place was perfect for our family and very cute.

Great for family

Stayed for a softball tournament with family. Great location - great beach access. Decent (but small) pool area. Lovely balcony with view of ocean. Super responsive host. Would stay again!

Fabulous Beach Week

We booked this condo for a few nights after a baseball tournament. The tournament ended early and we were lucky enough to get to the beach sooner than anticipated. The host was wonderful with allowing us to add two nights to our stay. Easy check in. Condo is well stocked. Beautiful ocean view and easy walk to the beach. The pool is great as it is in the shade for most of the afternoon which is perfect after a long day at the beach. Beds are comfortable and it is so nice to have two bathrooms to use, especially with kids. We had a wonderful trip and would stay in this condo again in the future.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY

This property was perfect and was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed from everything in the kitchen to things to use for the beach(chairs, umbrellas, toys). The only thing we brought was beach towels and a few extra bath towels(there were plenty but with girls two are needed head&body). The location was perfect directly above the pool so it was perfect for the kids and the direct beach access and the ocean views from the balcony are a huge plus. I will definitely look for this property next year when we return.💖

The communication was good and the place was clean, but the building is old and ran down. Renovations were attempted but not done well inside the unit.

The Bed in the master bedroom and the Living room sofa needs replacing!!!

The condo was nice but the sofa and the bed in the master bedroom are horrible! There are dips on both sides of the mattress, and my husband and I both have BACK PAIN after sleeping on that bed. The sofa cushions are worn out and not comfortable AT ALL! Everything else was fine.

Wonderful Long Weekend

My husband and I were in Holly’s lovely condo for 3 nights and have absolutely nothing negative to say! It’s truly prettier and more roomy than the photos portray. The decor is so soothing, in “beachy” hues of blue. The view is amazing… we were up at 6:30 one morning and witnessed a stunningly gorgeous sunrise. The balcony was one of our favorite spots, when we weren’t down at the beach, which was literally only a few steps away from the condo. Oh, and the weather was gorgeous, as well! Check-in couldn’t be easier. Communications with the owner were flawless. The unit was very clean and tidy. The location is super convenient, yet away from the overly commercialized areas in Myrtle. We’re so thankful for Holly’s gracious hospitality and for our time of respite in her place on the beach!
