Renovated Green Hills/12th South apartment in the heart of one of the hottest neighborhoods in Nashville. Charming 2BR/1BA has a private separate entrance and has everything you need to feel right at home while you visit Music City.

This chic, upstairs apartment is fully furnished with Sterns & Foster luxury mattresses and big screen TV’s in both bedrooms.

You will enjoy taking walks down Belmont Blvd. and being able to experience everything in the Green Hills area including the Mall at Green Hills.

It is a $5 Uber/Lyft to Radnor Lake, 12 South, Bluebird Cafe and a $10 Uber/Lyft ride from downtown Nashville, Music Row, and The Gulch. Four miles from the famous Ryman Auditorium and 9 miles from the Grand Ole Opry and 9 miles to Nashville International Airport.

The property was perfect for a few nights with a small family. Home was super clean and host was very responsive. One thing to note - only bc I wish I had paid closer attention - there is not a washer or dryer and the fridge is a mini fridge. Again, it worked out ok for us this trip, but I would have planned accordingly.

We had a delightful stay… very comfy beds and a delightful porch for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We appreciated our friendly host and the location was really nice too.

Truly the cleanest, cutest, best place in Nashville and honestly the best VRBO that we have ever rented. Excellent location to everything going on in Nashville, but a quiet and SUPER clean place to come "home" to when traveling. Hosts are super helpful and very friendly! Great place to stay. We will be back!

We needed a place to stay so our son, a Lipscomb student, could recover from surgery. This VRBO was perfect. Close enough to campus so friends could visit and quiet so he could rest. The apartment was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. It’s also very close to grocery and restaurants. The host has great communication and is very gracious.

Nice quiet place to stay and relax

This is my 3rd time staying at this location. Host goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. Has the convinces of home. Kitchen is fully equipped.

It was wonderful! A perfect fit for all four of us and a baby.

The host, Tom, was wonderful! The space was just perfect. It was in a quiet neighborhood and the location for food and shopping was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone!

Fabulous stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable and the owners are so nice and accommodating. Lots of detail was put into this rental. We will be back😊
