This South Mission Beach home has everything you need for a memorable beach getaway! Located in the most desirable area of Mission Beach with lots of sandy beach. Private parking space.
1-2 minute walk to the Beach or Bay!**Great outdoor patio area w/private propane grill, table, chairs, umbrella*Very spacious 2 story home, 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a King Bed and one with two Twin Beds with a cozy area that has a lounger. There are balconies off of both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms both with showers. Upstairs bathroom has double sinks extended shower and bench. The contemporary open large living room has a 4k Smart TV and a queen sofa sleeper. Modern kitchen with sitting bar, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, and a coffee bar, coffee and creamers. The separate dining area with a table seats six. We include free cable, high speed internet & designated parking.
We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys and other beach items during your stay.
LOCATION!! Conveniently located to so many San Diego attractions! We are located in the most desirable area of Mission Beach, on the peninsula where the Ocean is on one side and Mission Bay on the other side, both within a 1-2 minute walk*Miles of beautiful beach and bay boardwalk for walking, jogging, biking, and skating and watching spectacular sunsets! Lots of sandy beach for lounging or to enjoy, volleyball, surfing, boating, kayaking & boogie boarding.
Next door from our home is Mission Market, Pubs, Coffee House, Dining, and more. Located just a 5 minute walk along the beach boardwalk is family fun @ Belmont Park. It is a beachfront amusement park with lots of fun rides and activities, home to the "Big Dipper" Roller Coaster, rock climbing, miniature golf, laser tag, zipline, arcade, and more. Lots of restaurants, ice cream, shopping, and water activities. Plenty to do for the kids and adults as well!
We are conveniently located near some of the hottest spots and attractions that San Diego has to offer such as, SeaWorld, Old Town, Balboa Park and Museums, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Coves, Birch Aquarium, Liberty Station, USS Midway, Seaport Village, Gas Lamp District, Little Italy, Padres Stadium, Downtown San Diego, Airport, Legoland and much more!

In the heart of Mission Beach and steps away from the ocean. Homey, clean, comfortable, well appointed condo in mission beach area. Fran, our host, is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The only thing is that there is no a/c. There are plenty of fans. I thought there was a washer/dryer, but I couldn’t find it.

This was an amazing stay that was about two minutes walk to the beach. I loved that there were boogie boards and beach toys available for the kids since we flew here. Would love to come again!!!

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as expected. The house was immaculate, beach was easy to walk to. Fran kept in contact with us.

Great location & fun beach stay!
We really enjoyed staying in Mission Beach and being steps away from the ocean was wonderful. It is really a cozy beach getaway spot and the unit itself made us truly feel like we were on vacation.

Great stay!
We enjoyed everything about our stay! It was clean, homey atmosphere, and so conveniently located! The kitchen is supplied with anything you could possibly want…we would definitely stay here again!

South Mission Beach Amazing Stay
My family had a great time during our stay. Great location, perfect for my family and we loved everything about the place. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great beach location and easy access to all the things San Diego has to offer.

Great stay! Short walk to the beach. Conveniently located next to a market, bar and coffee shop. House was perfect for a family of 4. Updated and clean house with cute beach decor. Thoughtful host sent us a message during our stay to check on us. Would definitely come back.

Our Family of 5 had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with absolutely everything possibly needed. Situated within steps of the beach, restaurants, and entertainment we would definitely recommend staying here. We would be happy to come back again.

Mission Beach
Great place to stay. It is super close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Belmont Park. The condo had lots of beach towels and toys handy. It was a home away from home, great for a stay with kids.

Immediately we were so excited to be in San Diego and this house made it much more enjoyable! The area was incredible, from the beach being 200ft away to the coffee shops and dive bars, we loved it all. The patio was perfect for grilling, grabbing some extra sun, or talking with family and locals that walk by! The interior was decorated so well and fitted the beach theme perfectly. We felt at home right away and enjoyed having the double doors wide open for a fresh beach breeze. A great weekend and the cozy beach house made everything that much better. Highly recommend this space for future families, and we are excited to visit again!

Too short of stay
Wonderful few days by the beach. Close to store, restaurants, coffee, Belmont park. The house was clean and modern and furnished with everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back.

We have always enjoyed being at the ocean and fell in love with Mission Beach. After many years of owning here we still love our vacation home and are always excited for time here at the beach! We couldn't have picked a better home and location! It is a wonderful beach community, so charming and lively. The weather is amazing, and we love the beautiful sandy beach and miles of boardwalk where we have enjoyed walking, and riding bikes. The sunsets are stunning! We love that we are so close to so many great San Diego attractions and always seem to find new places to explore. We never run out of things to do there. When our 3 boys were younger, they always enjoyed our Beach Home and coming here for our family trips. They still enjoy it as much now that they are grown. We have many great memories, and still looking forward to many more. Nothing makes us happier than being able to share our home with so many great guests throughout the years, hearing their great stories of their time here and building memories with their family and friends, enjoying our home as much as we do.
