Evergreen Cottage in Lake Ann

Beautiful vacation home located right where everyone wants to be! 3 full bath and 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 comfortably. We are in a quiet setting on 10 wooded acres, 3 miles from the sweet little village of Lake Ann. Perfectly located between Traverse City and Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore. Spend a day exploring the Lake Michigan beaches, canoeing/tubing the rivers, hiking/biking nearby trails, the charming local villages, golf courses, horse back riding, and take the kids to the Cherry Bowl Drive Inn Theater in Honor. Reserve the Magic Shuttle Bus just around the corner, to pick you up at the door and take you to the many wineries and breweries. We're a winter wonderland too! Bring your skis, snowshoes, and snowmobiles. We are within minutes to all of the trails and ski hills. Come back to the house to relax on the covered porch or patio. Build a fire and grill out. Just enjoy!! Also, check out our rental property next door on Pikes Lake! The Hemlock Cottage vrbo # 2009551. Sleeps 10. This is available year around. During the summer months we rent from Sunday to Sunday. (June through August).

Facility was in a serene, beautiful location. Centrally located for day trips. Very well stocked. Covered porch when raining and outside seating when sunny. Perfect.

Cute property about 20 min from downtown. Easy to get to all major sites. Quiet and peaceful. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were amazing. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time.

We loved this home. It's kind of like luxury camping....a clean beautiful home, and then walk outside to your own private campground. That's the best way to describe the experience. Privacy, silence, nature. Used the firepit every single night. Pure Up North. Got all of the little things we needed at the Lake Ann Grocery store, outstanding meals at the Stone Oven, cool atmosphere at Lake Ann Brewing, plus everything else Traverse City has to offer.....Luxury in the forest. At least for me, hard to beat. Also have to give a shoutout to Francisco's, exceptional chow and liquor selection. Thanks Teresa and Craig! Such a cool experience.

The house was immaculate and even better than expected! Having 3 bathrooms was amazing for multiple families. The setting is gorgeous and irreplaceable. The hosts are so kind and incredibly communicative. 10 stars!

Family Getaway Retreat

This was an outstanding rental. I have rented many houses and this was the best I've ever stayed in. It was very comfortable, decorated nicely and had EVERYTHING we needed. I was surprised how well the kitchen was equiped. There were seven women staying there. We all agreed that it was the perfect place to stay.

Wonderful house, very clean and comfortable with a large patio, gas grill and fire pit in a quiet rural setting. The host responded to questions within minutes to questions we had. An excellent experience!

Wonderful Place for Wine Tasting

This was a wonderful place to stay for a group of ten. Very clean. Loved that it had 3 bathrooms too. Just the right distance to TVC and the Leelanau. Would recommend this place to anyone!!!
