Located within minutes to Traverse City, you'll find this location and privacy impeccable. Just a stones throw to local wineries, eateries and the Tart trail system you really can't beat this home. Please come explore what TC has to offer feel free to stay with us.

This 3 Bed, 3 Bath tri level home allows you to live like a local yet feel like you are in your own little paradise. If the weather isn't quite cooperating, feel free to park your vehicles inside the garage and stay warm and dry!

If you plan on bringing a dog please let us know during the booking process. There is a $125 pet fee per dog... Max of two dogs.

Great well maintained property. Very quiet secluded location but only a few minutes from downtown and the bay. Host was very communicative and check-in was super easy. Would stay again for certain.

Wonderful location and house! Our family stayed for a week and we had a great time! The house was nice and clean and well equipped. The kids had a great time with the outdoor games. Thanks again for a great place to stay.

Just an amazing stay very close to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes! The place was very secluded and peaceful, tucked into the woods yet very close to the amenities and tourist areas we wanted to hit. The home was very spacious, the kitchen had all the items needed to prep meals for a family, and the back deck areas were just amazing! Would stay here again, 5stars!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be a perfect getaway for us. It was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. Wonderful stay

House was clean, comfortable and just wonderful. Property was stunning, all wooded and quiet yet 15 min from most everything in Traverse City. We only wish our stay was longer to enjoy the house and property more. They had outdoor games like corn hole and ladder ball. Six of us stayed and WiFi connection great for all of us. I would rebook this place every time.

This was a great place for our family. The three baths were convenient for our family of 5. The split level was convenient for my parents that have some mobility issues. Everything including the appliance functioned as expected. It was peaceful. My fav thing about the house was all the windows to take in the beautiful scenery.

We loved our stay here! John was great with communication. He called before we came and messaged recommendations for the area each day. The house was exactly what we were looking for and as advertised. A perfect quiet place in the woods, yet so close to downtown TC and other great areas around Leelanau. Our family of 4 and dog loved having space to sprawl out with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We also loved all of the outdoor spaces and games. We’ll definitely stay here again when in the area. Thank you so much!

We stayed here while in Traverse City for our daughter's wedding, and it was the perfect location. Being close to downtown made it easy to get to all of the wedding events while also enjoying the restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer.One of our favorite features was that the property sits back off the road, which gave our dog a safe area to roam without worrying about traffic. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our entire family. We also really enjoyed spending time on the deck, and the outdoor games were a nice bonus.John was a fantastic host with excellent communication before and during our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
