0ur first floor condo is remodeled. All of the condos we handle are all meticulously cleaned with anti-viral commercial cleaning products. This condo is a perfect place for you to unwind, relax and simply enjoy the resort. This condo is located close to everything such as; the pool with tiki bar, beach & Coconutz the resorts sports bar.

Our bedroom features a king-size comfortable bed, lots of closet space and a 32” flat screen TV.

The bathroom has large walk-in shower with grab bars, three shower heads and a fold down bench. The bathroom has a Bluetooth speaker system.

The balcony has a pub height table with two chairs.

The resort has two swimming pools, the large pool also has a kiddie pool as well. Jamaican Joe’z is the pool bar that is located right next to the large pool. There is a second pool on property located by the Admirals Row building. Both pools are open to all guests. Right beyond the pool is the best beach on the island!
During the summer season, there is live entertainment at Jamaican Joe’z bar on weekends and plenty of activities available for children all week long.

**There are laundry machines down the hallway. The washer and dryers are operated by Money Cards (we provide the laundry card), they must be refilled in the main lobby of the building at the entrance to the resort. Great getaway to celebrate anniversary

This was a great getaway and we were very happy with how clean and comfortable this condo was. It is a very short walk to the pool and beach! It is also close to some of our favorite restaurants that were inly minutes away! Dee was great to work with and we will definitely be back!

Cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in Beach and Tennis resort

Upon arriving, we were super excited to learn that this condo was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. We have been coming to Beach and Tennis since 2010 once, sometimes twice a year and this is by far the cleanest. Really enjoyed our stay

Short Family Getaway

We love HHI and this community. The host was wonderful, if we had questions she was available immediately. Condo was clean, master bed was very comfortable, short walk to the beach and pool. It was myself, my husband and teenage son. The condo was a good size for us. We would definitely stay again.

This was a great property for our vacation. Short walk to beach, bike rental right outside the gate, and a beautifully furnished condo. Quiet area with restaurants easy to walk to, bike to, or drive to. Dee provided us with recommendations for the area and communicated with us in a timely manner. Hope to be able to come back again!

Not impressed

Overpriced for what we received. Booked two weeks back to back. No clean sheets or towels for second. Additional charge for clean towels nothing offered for clean sheets. Condition of patio and chairs were totally unacceptable.

Nice stay at the beach

Good location, very clean and well kept, very nice lady we rented from. Everyone at the resort was very nice, we enjoyed the tiki bar and easy drive to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Perfect stay at Folley Field

My husband and I booked for week of July 8-July15, 2023. The room was exactly like pictured. Met the owner Dee she was wonderful. Our first time in Hilton Head we LOVED it! Will be back again.

This was our first time to Hilton Head and we loved it. Short walk to the beach. The condo was very nice. Our only problem was mosquitoes in the condo I had to spray for. Dee was great. We will be back.

Comfort and class in HHI!

This condo is everything you’d hope for: clean, well-kept, and convenient! Can’t think of anything negative about this place! The bed and couch were extremely comfortable/new! Fabulous shower and great condo layout! Great location to the beach and pool! Dee was very helpful and kind! You want luxury at an affordable price, look no further! We can’t wait to come back again next summer!

Anniversary weekend

Awesome stay!

This is a great little condo for a couple or a small family. We brought our 6 month old twins and it was extremely convenient with a short walk to the pool/beach/restaurants. Stayed there Thursday to Sunday and never had to leave the property. The condo was very clean and in very good shape. Communication with Dee was terrific as well.

Nice, cozy, and clean

Condo was just the right size for the two of us. Great location on the 1st floor. Parking was easily accessible. Very clean and well stocked.

Perfect Accommodation

This was the perfect accommodation for us while we waited for our new house to be completed. It was the perfect size and the resort is very nice. The restaurant provided many a dinner! The bed is super comfortable and the shower is large. The laundry is down the hall but available and was used weekly.

Exactly as advertised

Nice unit. GREAT LOCATION. Comfortable king bed. Clean. Nice TVs. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Very short walk to pool and ocean. Nice sports bar at resort. Will stay here again.

Good location, needs updating

Pros: 5 minute walk to a great beach, nice cabinets, good appliances, comfortable king bed, no carpet, Dee Giordano as the manager, oceanfront swimming pool with food and drinks, family atmosphere, price. Cons: smaller than it appears in the photos, old, cheap deco and furniture (though the owner did deliver a new couch the day we left), minimal kitchen supplies, unit needs painting, bathroom needs updating, TV channels are wonky (not a smart TV) , inside restaurant area nothing special. Lovely clean beach, sunny and breezy everyday. HH has great restaurants and all of Dee’s recommendations were spot on. She was very easy to communicate with. Unit 153 needs a serious freshening up. We had a nice relaxing vacation overall.
