You are 150 feet from the pool and 200 feet to one of the best beaches on the East Coast! Our Condo was remodeled in 2019. Queen bed, 2 bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Full Kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. 42' flat screen TV, DVD Player, HD Cable & WIFI! Additional flat screen TV in bedroom. The pool is the Largest on the Island with its own restaurant and numerous Children's pool activities in the summer! A short walk from your condo to 10 Tennis courts, Fitness Center, Children's Playground and Bike Rental as well as 1 other onsite restaurant. You don't have to leave all week if you choose too!

This prooerty has such easy access to the pool, beach and one of the restaurants is right there. A very nice location and the property as a whole is very serene and quiet.

The property looked exactly like the pictures. Clean room. Fast communication with the host. The beach view was beautiful. A pool on site with a mini restaurant open certain hours. An ice cream stand also. The beach was so close. And there were shops nearby and short driving distances. I will definitely stay again!

The condo was not a clean as expected. Great place, great view but needed a deep clean.

My apologies the cleaning was not to your satisfaction. You had my number and the cleaning company's number as well. I would of been more than happy to have them come and correct anything you thought needed attention. I'm always a phone call or text away to accommodate our guests who stay with us. I will address the cleaning company on this. Enjoy your summer!

We loved our stay everything was neat and clean.
Everything was as described easy access to pool and beach 2 restaurants on property were open. The condo worked well for us.

Weekend Getaway
First visit to Hilton Head Island, the area was impressive and scenic, nothing like we have seen before. We would make another visit there and recommend it to family and friends.

Fun Stay!
We love the Beach and Tennis resorts. This unit was literally steps to the beach which makes everything so easy when you have a lot to carry! We had an amazing time!

Excellent Communication and Property
Host responded to all questions we had and gave us all the necessary information to enjoy our trip. Room was clean and close to beach. Great location and great resort. Would highly recommend this host and staying here!

Home away from home!
We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much and we plan to rent this condo again soon. The condo was very cozy and clean. Perfect location. We have no complaints!
