Home boasts 2 laundry rooms and large 2 well concrete boat dock with large swim platform. Bar area ( one boat slip available with rental and one jet ski lift available)

Amazing screened in patio with full views of lake and dock and 2 more levels of outdoor space and firepit. Whether you are coming to shop, fish, golf or just enjoy time with family this home is perfect.

Amazing Family Weekend!!!

We booked this property for a long weekend family getaway and had a fantastic time and loved the house and the amazing dock! The host was wonderful, and the property was amazing, complete with everything we needed, clean, comfortable and spacious. Will definitely book this property again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our extended family came together for a reunion at Julie’s lovely property. The home’s location, newly built dock, and space and amenities made our visit incredible for all ages. I truly appreciate Julie’s support and hospitality during our stay. It’s memories that we’ll have forever.

Family Vacation!

Extremely happy with this home. Plenty of room for all 16 of us. Very clean, beds were very comfortable. The best thing about this home is the dock, where we spent most of our time. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great Lake house

It was spacious and clean. Access to the lake was great. House equipped with everything you need. Slept our family of 15 comfortably. I would recommend this to anyone.

Our family and friends really enjoyed staying at this house. The dock was great for swimming and hanging out, and the home was spacious enough for a large group. We had about 14 people, and everyone slept comfortably!

Perfect house for our annual girls weekend

We love everything about this property. Our 14 lifelong friends enjoyed the gorgeous well equipped accommodations but especially loved the AMAZING new dock with plenty of furniture and a large Lilly pad in a perfect cove. Julie is very responsive although we had no concerns during our stay. We will be back.

Amazing Property, Location, and Host!

We booked this property for a long weekend getaway from kids to celebrate various life milestones amongst the group. We had 7 total couples, and this property was a PERFECT fit! The location to various restaurants, bars, and golf courses is ideal but you really don't need to leave given how fantastic the property is. The dock set up is nothing short of amazing with high quality furniture, a TV, a griddle for cooking, and a high dive! The dock and location also supported our group being picked up by a friend's cruiser which they were extremely happy with the access to the dock for ease of pick up. Julie (the owner & host) was great and provided timely responses to all of our questions ahead of time and included all details needed for this to be a smooth stay. We will definitely be staying at this property again and I would highly recommend taking the trip and staying here!

A great family vacation

We were a family of 8 adults and 10 children, and had a wonderful time. The dock is amazing- looks like an update since photos. So comfortable and room for all of us! Kitchen was easy to work in and the blackstone on the dock was great. Our only complaint was the 6th lower level bedroom. It’s in need of some updating. Shower did not work well and made a mess with water in the floor - probably cause of discolored flooring. We probably would not rebook there again only because we need 6 bedrooms and would not want to use that one.

Thanksgiving together

Asked for 6 bedrooms and technically, I guess there were 6, but one only had an outside access and therefore was awkward for family interaction. There were several light fixtures that were missing lightbulbs and the location seemed to lack routine maintenance. But, overall my family really needed the time together after experiencing a couple of live altering illness by a family member during 2020 and 2021 and we were able to adjust and just be glad to be together.

I’m sorry to hear that! Cleaning company said 2 light bulbs out and were taken care of 6th bedroom apartment access definitely noted in the description. I apologize it was not conducive to your family. I’m glad you had a great time

Perfect home for a large family gathering!

We were in the Ozarks for my parents' 50th Anniversary and this home was absolutely perfect for us! We had 10 adults and 7 children (ranging from 1-17 years of age). There was plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed all the outdoor space! We rented a tritoon boat for multiple days during our stay so it was very nice having the boat slip to park the boat overnight. The kids played on the high dive all day long and then there was ping pong and Golden Tee to keep them entertained while we were making dinners. The kitchen offered plenty of space for multiple cooks in the kitchen:) We will hopefully be coming back soon! I highly recommend this home and location!

Amazing dock and cove

House was clean and you know the owners take pride. The dock was what was most important to our family and it was awesome! We spent most our time down there, jumping off the dock, swimming in the lake, boating, paddle boarding, at sitting on the dock late at night telling stories. Can’t wait to go back! I would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us ☺️

Family vacation

Plenty of room for everyone and in the absolute perfect location. The only downside is the toll bridge which can be a huge hassle. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Great weekend!!

Had the best stay in this house at the Ozarks for a long weekend! There was plenty of comfortable space and bedrooms for 5 couples and 4 kids. The house was clean and cozy. There was a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil and pan we needed! The dock was amazing to have for hanging out and swimming and docking our rental boat for easy loading and unloading. Tons of options for hanging outdoors during our stay. A nice open floor plan made it easy for us all to converse while cooking dinner and the large table was nice for us all to fit. Was very close to the grocery store and a quick trip on the water to all the spots. Will absolutely be booking this home for our next trip to the Ozarks!
