With close neighborhood access to the Deschutes River Trail, and recent updates, Aspen Ridge is the perfect Bend retreat. This lovely home has a fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, high quality mattresses, and offers a garage for your convenience **owner has 1 car in garage parking space**.. The outdoor space at Aspen Ridge is private with a fully fenced back yard, comfortable patio furniture and gas BBQ. You'll find all of the details you will need for the perfect family vacation in Bend. Bring your food and personal belongings and we will provide the rest. Relax amongst the trees, bike to the Old Mill District, float the river, tour the Breweries and Downtown Bend.

House includes Central AC for your comfort during warmer weather.

Great Family Home

Great house in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the Deschutes River walking trails. Very nicely decorated and nice artwork on the walls throughout the house, Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the island with the stools. Great gathering place with the open floor plan, Only negative is that there were not enough towels provided in the bathrooms, All in all its a lovely home and we would stay there again,

Great stay!

The house was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had one minor issue with one of the toilets but the Arrived Team was responsive and prompt, fixing the issue that same day! Great customer service! Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bend!

Beautiful, comfortable home

Great spot in nice neighborhood

Our two families had a great stay in Aspen Ridge. The house is well appointed and roomy. The neighborhood is close to the river trail and a very short walk to a community playground and pool.

Visiting friends

We were visiting a family close by but their home was full. This house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The things that matter to me like good knives and coffee and coffee maker. The beds were quite comfortable. Very convenient stay for us.

Lovely home vacation

Had my daughter bachelorette party out in bend and had the privilege of staying in this lovely home . We had a great time and truly loved this house .

Immaculately clean well equipped home. Nice neighborhood with easy access to most Bend locations. We were in Bend for a convention (some dressing up) and would have liked having a full length mirror.

Nice neighborhood

Great location for hiking down the River. Comfortable stay for all of us that were here for a wedding and quick drive to downtown Bend

Bend Family Vacation

Loved the location. Convenient to get around to all our destinations. Able to walk to town if you want. Really nice trail nearby. 6 adults stayed here comfortably.

Great House / Great Neighborhood

Clean, modern, fully equipped. Everything worked. Well supplied with paper products, propane, cleaning needs. Excellent washer/dryer, dishwasher. Quiet, safe neighborhood. I met a few of the neighbors & they were very friendly and enjoyed having the vacation rental in the area. They said that they had never had a noise problem or disturbance. We were very favorably impressed.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood

Nice place for the family to stay on a ski vacation at Mt. Bachelor. About a 25-30 minute drive to the slopes. Property was "as advertised". Well kept up, clean, and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Had a minor problem during our stay. The garage door opener remote wasn't working. I called the number provided by ArrivedNow in the check-in instructions. They had the problem fixed by that afternoon when we got back from skiing. Good job!

Spacious, modern, comfortable house

The house was perfect for our stay in Bend. The house was spacious and clean, the furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed, including basic pantry items. Highly recommend!
