This cozy villa features a fully equipped kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, smart TV, and is just steps from the beach. The bedroom offers a comfy queen bed, while the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Located in a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance of fantastic shops, restaurants, and local attractions. 2 beach chairs and two bikes are included, making it easy to explore and enjoy your stay. Best suited for a couple and 2-3 kids max.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

The villa is located within walking distance to the main tourist center Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants and right across the street is the Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. We are biking distance from lots more. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
