Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special!
There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms.
There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile) and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.
The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Great property! Had a very nice stay and the check in/out process was super easy. Listing was accurate and price was reasonable. Hot tub was wonderful!

The communication with the host was very precise and quick to respond. Once at location, the room was spot on to what was expected. The rooms were quiet and pleasant to stay jn. Would definitely recommend and we will return one day.

Location! Perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Charles our host was readily available if needed. We had a great time!

August 28-30 of 2026 The photos looks great but not what I expected I the view of the hot tub was partially blocking with the other property.Total of 5 ladies had issues with sleeping due to the pillows are hard. Hello, thanks for choosing us. Not sure really what your review means, the view of the pictures was taken directly from the balcony which looks directly to the mountain and shows the Skylift. I cannot recall other guests having these complaints. Sleeping up to 8 people in a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom townhome in downtown Gatlinburg for less than 200.00 dollars a night seems like a great deal to me. We will continue to provide a clean, affordable family friendly location in Gatlinburg. Thanks again,

If you plan on cooking you might be disappointed. Dated coil burner electric stove and no stock pot. It was very clean and fantastic location but if I book again I will plan to bring what I need to cook. Also a few area rugs would make it a little more cozy. Overall very nice. I like to cook so the kitchen was the only disappointment.

The location was perfect and in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. The townhouse was nice and clean. The townhouse was very comfortable. The host provided great communication. It was our second time at this townhouse. We had a great time!

Great property with plenty of space for our family. We planned to spend most of our vacation hiking in the Smoky mountains. This location gave us easy access to the National Park

Great location just a short walk to downtown. The fireplace was nice after a long day walking around.Charles was a great host. I had an issue with the Internet and he was quick to respond and get it resolved. I would definitely recommend this location.

Was very clean and everything needed for a great vacation. Was a little farther from town for anyone wanting to walk that is not in decent shape. Not ideal for families with small children.

Thanks for choosing us and the kind words. Interesting perspective. The 7-minute walk to the center of town is usually pretty doable for anyone that already has plans to be walking downtown. Being three floors with 3 different living areas in downtown Gatlinburg is truly what makes this location so special for families.

Location was awesome! We were able to walk everywhere or jump on the trolley. We had 7 people in our group and there were plenty of spaces for everyone to sleep. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area!

We loved the location! It was very convenient for walking to shops, attractions and restaurants. The hot tub was a nice bonus to use after hours of walking around town. If you are looking for something in town but still enjoy quiet space then this is perfect!

It was perfect for our family weekend! So clean and cozy at the perfect location. Close to so many things, but still a little tucked away from the hustle of things on the parkway. The covered parking is great too if you have any wintry weather.

We had a great time with our 4 grandkids at your condo! We loved that we could walk to the chairlift for Anakeesta and all the shops and restaurants! The condo was clean and just perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again!
