Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.

The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Great Location!

This property was located perfect. It was a 10 minute walk to the Parkway. Everything that we wanted to do in the area was within walking distance. We only left for a short drive to Dollywood and a dinner show. The property was very clean. There were some imperfections, like the couch, but nothing to really complain about. The jacuzzi was really nice after walking around in the cold. My only thing I would say for safety purposes is to be careful when using the showers as the water will get very hot very quickly. Over all the property was good and I would definitely stay again. :)

Hiking and Dollywood Xmas Trip

Great location. Nice clean condo. Well equipped. Close to park for hiking. Very convenient location to Gatlinburg to walk to eat and be tourists. The only negative as mentioned before is the beds need new mattresses, kinda uncomfortable. And the couches look nice,but are also about worn out. But it’s a nice place for the price and location.

Gatlinburg visit

Nice location. Unit did have 15 stairs to access main area. Did cause a problem with a person with knee problem. Wasn’t stated in description. Wouldn’t stay in unit again because of stairs. Need to update description .

We had a great time in Gatlinburg, the unit was close to everything and suited our group perfectly. I would love to come again. Charlie was great to work, communication was great. Will definitely be back.

"Great Time Away"

Great family getaway, location was close to attractions and downtown strip in Gatlinburg. Beds all slept great for our family, and clean. The only challenge was the steps to the main floor level for a senior citizen, but would stay here again when back in area. Communication regarding additional night stay was easy and efficient with "Charles". Was actually able to see a bear walk below our room outside and grandkids were beyond amazed.

Not bad

Ok bedroom on first floor , main bedroom on second and loft on third. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Plenty of room plus screened in porch with hot tub. Hot tub has seen better days. Comfortable beds. Living room furniture has seen lots of butts. Needs to be replaced. Overall nice place. I would stay there again.

Great Location & Amenities

My family stayed here on a quick trip to Gatlinburg. This condo was convenient for walking - no need to drive anywhere unless leaving for the Smoky Mountain National Park or Pigeon Forge. The condo was comfortable and well-furnished, and the hot tub on the screened-in patio prevented any insects. Additionally, there are chairs for a morning coffee with a partial mountain view. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Not very pleasant to stay

Kitchen was horrible. Problems with stove & microwave. Plastic plates, cups and mugs. Very cheap of all dinner plates. Only couple of spoons. Toaster was not working properly. Had a very hard time to cook.

Close to the action!

We recently spent a week at this condo and were very pleased. The location was great, about four blocks off the Parkway. Close enough to walk but out of the busyness. We were there over the 4th of July, which made town even busier than usual. There were some traffic headaches but we chose to either walk or take the trolley, which stops at the end of the driveway. Having a separate bath for each bedroom was ideal for our group. Also having a small pool in the complex was a great perk. There are some small maintenance items that could be addressed there, but nothing that made a difference in our stay. There were plenty of kitchen ware to cook and eat, except not enough silverware for a meal for 6 people. All the appliances are functional and we cook/did laundry daily. The complex is quiet, and I never heard any noise from other units. We even saw a bear lumber by while sitting on the balcony. Would rent there again!
