The beds were comfortable and each room having its own bathroom was perfect. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy walk to the parkway.

Great condo location

This condo was perfect for our family holiday stay. It is just off the Parkway and a short walking distance from the downtown attractions.

The condo was very clean, plenty of sleeping arrangements, and plenty of parking. The Host was very helpful with an issue with the door lock, however, that was remedied very quickly. Kitchen was superb!

Great property, great location

The layout was great for a combined family group with 3 separate bedrooms on different floors, each with its own bathroom. The hosts provided a variety of toiletries, snacks, etc. which were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Gatlinburg in the future.

Hello, first let me say the house is in a nice location, we like the 3 level, and really enjoyed the outside patio with it being screened in. However, we couldn’t really enjoy it like we really wanted too because the house was not clean. I had to buy 3 sets of sheets because every bed sheet had stains and one had nail polish on it. We had to wipe hair out of the showers, sweep the the outside patio because of bugs, wipe down the rails leading up and down the stairs, rug in living room had food and a clump of hair on the floor, fan in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t work properly, the outlet in the 2nd level bathroom close to the window doesn’t work, and the remote in the downstairs bedroom has no batteries. Again, have a nice house and if it was cleaned properly, people would really enjoy it.

Lovely Gatlinburg spot

We had the best time at this well-equipped condo and felt the radical hospitality the moment we walked in the door. Was the perfect spot for a girls' weekend with MUCH time spent on the balcony/porch. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location. Less than .5 Mile walk to main shopping, close to Anakeesta. Great set up for 3 couples or family, comfortable beds in bedrooms. Fold out couch good for kids, little sagging in middle. Managers always replied quickly, have nice little touches, kitchen well supplied, I loved the balcony as well!
