Welcome to Southern Comfort, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg! Nestled in a peaceful creekside neighborhood, this charming getaway is just an 8-10 minute walk to the Strip, 1 mile from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and offers access to a seasonal community pool.

Each spacious bedroom features a private bath, making it an ideal retreat for couples, families, or groups of friends. The Space

Property could use a little TLC, but at least it was in a good location.

We stayed here the week of NYE, so it was an extremely busy week for this area! I would say this property was ok. Would I stay here again? Probably not, just due to the fact that we love using home rentals on vacations and this one just hit a little bit below the normal quality of the ones we've stayed at before. Does it beat a hotel for a family? Sure. I'd pick this over any hotel, but that may be just me. I don't like hotels.Pros:- Location. It has easy walking access into Gatlinburg, which was great when we walked in on New Year's Eve, even if we were stalled by a bear in the parking lot that night!- There were plenty of blankets, pillows, soaps, towels, etc. to use during our trip- It was nice to be able to spread out as the property is 3 floors and everyone could have their own privacy if needed- The covered parking was nice to have, especially when the snow was coming down pretty good as we packed back up- The price was decent compared to some of the other similar properties we looked at for this time period, but we also booked WELL in advance- The host was very quick to respond when we had questions- The area felt safe, but honestly, I've never felt unsafe anywhere in Gatlinburg- Beds were decently comfyCons:- At the time of our rental, the listing still shows 3 King beds. This is not accurate. One of the beds is definitely not a King, but more like a Queen size- Temperature control was all over the place. One night we would wake up like icicle

This condo was perfect for our family holiday stay. It is just off the Parkway and a short walking distance from the downtown attractions.

Beautiful Gatinburg Getaway

The floor plan was perfect for me and my grown children. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. The kitchen was the perfect size for our family. The proximity to the strip was ideal and provided easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall a very positive experience!

Not all kings

The description of the property is not correct I always rent all king units and homes. This property says it has 3 kings. That is not the case. The loft bedroom is not a king. Very disappointed And not sure what they do with the cleaning fee…but the vacuum had never been ran as there were crumbs and food everywhere and the showers and bath floors all had hair on them

Perfect Location!!

My daughter and I had a magical Gatlinburg getaway! We LOVED this home!!! Absolutely perfect for us! The layout, decor and proximity to downtown was ideal. It was so cozy from the fireplace to the comfy beds. We walked into town easily every day-enjoyed Anakeesta, Astra Lumina, Mysterious Mansion,Dollywood, The Island, Skyland Ranch just to name a few! Being so close to downtown made the trip even more perfect! The hosts were responsive, accommodating and provided supplies above and beyond. Far and away one of our favorite rentals and vacations!! The extra touch

Upon entering the condo, one could tell how professionally cleaned it had been. The condo was fully stocked with enough towels etc for the entirety of the stay and the basket of snacks was a great extra!

Was not ready @ check in

Great location and beautifully done. We had a greeting from a Black Bear upon our arrival. Received notification that cleaners were running late and we would not be able to check in on time. After arriving floors were not clean or mopped. We informed owner but no one ever showed up to clean. They had installed new key pad locks and apparently didn’t inform owners so the directions we were given did not lock the door.. It was resolved after.

Lovely Gatlinburg spot

We had the best time at this well-equipped condo and felt the radical hospitality the moment we walked in the door. Was the perfect spot for a girls' weekend with MUCH time spent on the balcony/porch. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Not for people who can't do steps

This property location was good but the lack of view was disappointing. Everything thing was very nice and clean but there where too many steps for me.

Close to Gatlinburg

This property would be well suited for a family. It just didn't occur to me that we (family) don't do well with two sets of stairs. We are seniors in our 80's. The unit is a little small overall. Master vanity can only be used by one person at a time. There were no hand towels in our bath. The main bedroom is upstairs and had good water pressure but the pressure in shower down stairs was not as good. The walk to downtown was not bad but younger people would do better. Good exercise. The sofa bed we did not use. The two other beds really need to be replaced with new for more comfortable sleeping. It was pretty clean but just not suitable for older people.

Location is great, cleanliness could use some work.

This is a wonderful property located walking distance from downtown gatlinburg and only 25 minutes from pigeon forge. Truly has everything you could want to see near by, we only got in our care once to go to pigeon forge. The only con was the cleanliness of the property. When we got there I put my one year old on the floor in the living room while we got the cars unloaded and when I can back 3 minutes later his knees, feet and hands were black from crawling around, eeek. One of the bath tubs has mold in it which you probably wouldn’t have noticed if you weren’t bathing a baby. But all in all location is everything and had what we needed.

Clean place. Great location to the downtown activities within easy walk. Upstairs bedroom hot with a temp ac unit rolling. Lock the doors, had a bear running through the parking lot two days in a row.

Great location, but unit needs some servicing

Overall it was a decent stay and the host was very receptive and understanding of our concerns and even refunded part of our stay. Main issues were cleanliness. Pictures make it appear the unit is facing the stream (I do not think this was meant to be deceptive, just a wrong interpretation on my part) but it does not. Pool wasn’t the cleanest either. We did see two bears on the property while there so that was absolutely accurate! It is a cute unit in a great location to be able to walk to things it just needs a bit of tending to.

Overall, it’s walking distance from down town gatlinburg. The property manager was super easy to get a hold of but the house wasn’t clean. Towels were stained. The house was supposed to have a hot tub and two parking spaces at the house. Lucky, we found parking. I believe that was a Vrbo issue according to the manager. I see they fixed it online but it wasn’t when I selected it and it says 3 kings. One is definitely a queen in the upstairs. The refrigerator is small. There was only one cooking pan and no trash bags for the big trash can. I didn’t receive any information on check out, only check in.

Disappointed but ok

The cleanliness of the condo was very disappointing and there is limited furnishings in the kitchen which made certain meal prep difficult. Fridge is missing all but 1 door shelf . Fridge also did not seem to be working right. AC also struggled to stay cold, but living area floor vent appeared completely smashed. All drains appeared to run slow, and kitchen sink did not have a stopper. The condo is furnished very cute, and pretty accurate in pics.
