Unwind in the comfy king bed, enjoy smart TVs in both rooms, and stay connected with WiFi. The fully equipped kitchen makes meals a breeze that also has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, whether you're cooking in or enjoying takeout. Relax on your private balcony with a partial ocean view, or take in the pool view from the front door.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Seaside is an oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach area. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. We provide two free beach bikes and beach chairs.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This condo was everything we hoped for the week in May we went. We celebrated Mothers Day and my Birthday!! Kendall was absolutely amazing to work with. Very responsive! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated! Bed was super comfortable! Great shower!! Could not have asked for more!!

We had a great time at the SunnyDaze condo at Hilton Head. It is fully renovated with an all-new kitchen and bedroom upgrades. (We loved the king bed!) The hosts were very responsive to all of our messages. You can tell they really care about the property and the guests who stay there. If you are a couple with small children, this is the place for you. It’s reasonably priced, clean and well maintained. Go for it!!

The property was clean, the host was very helpful, and the location can’t be beat! I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent place to stay
Centrally located and the property has excellent beach access in addition the property itself very well maintained and is quiet at night which is a benefit

Great little condo in a great location!
We had an amazing experience at this Villa; it was extremely clean and in such a convenient location for shopping and dining. We would definitely consider renting here again!

Great stay!
This place was the perfect vacation spot! It was such a short walk to the beach and we loved biking everywhere. Definitely recommend!

This villa is in a great location. Seaside villas is one of our favorite places to stay because of the convenient location to the beach and Coligny. Coligny is within walking distance with lots of great restaurants (too many to list), ice cream and shops. Plantations and Skillets are two of our favorite breakfast/brunch locations in Coligny. The villa is as describe, clean and very well equipped with everything you may need. The king size bed is very comfortable. It was nice having shade in the evening on the balcony to enjoy the evening and view. The couch is a little on the older side but was still comfortable for the evenings. The owners were awesome and very responsive! We would definitely rent this villa again.

Sisters Trip
Great size for the 2 of us and the location was walkable to everything we needed. Loved having close access to the pool and beach. Would definitely visit again!

Great location
Great place to stay, super close to the beach. Communication with the owner was great. Bed frame was a bit wobbly but that wouldn't keep us away next time.
