Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this three-bedroom, two-bathroom ground level vacation rental residence at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

Beachy look and feel in this ground floor condominium! Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite tub/shower combination. First guest bedroom has a queen bed, second guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. The additional bathroom is also a tub/shower combination.

The Harbour Oaks community – a much sought after location - is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Village and Pier, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons located throughout.

Harbour Oaks #407 is a ground level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the lagoon and fountain.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• Parking is available for 1 vehicle in a covered spot. Additional parking is available in the paved area.
• Approx. 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

NOTE: Fireplace is for decoration only.

Great location, easy to get anywhere. Though the furnishings were quite dated, it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Weekend Getaway

Went to St. Simons for a weekend getaway with family and friends. We were in a gated community, where everything was beautiful and located near the beach, peer, shops and restaurants. Great Location!! Went to the beach, relaxed by the pool, visited the local shops, walked the peer and ice cream for afternoon snacks!!! So many different restaurants to choose also!! Very relaxing weekend.

Master bed was extremely comfortable.Cons: Carpet is in desperate need of replacement. Light fixture above the dining table does not work which is a problem after dusk. Towels are very small and thin. I suggest bringing a couple from home. Kitchen only has 2 dishtowels and no dishcloths.Despite the small list of negatives, I would definitely stay here again. Real escapes quickly responded to a needed repair. They definitely get 5 stars!

Also, enjoyed that the condo is so close to town so we were able to walk to everything including restaurants & shops. The condo is bright & cheery & clean. We would stay again.

It had a good amount of seating and other nice things to have if needed - folding chairs, step stools, books, puzzles and games. It is a quick drive to the pier and my husband even walked to it twice. We ate at restaurants close to the pier - Iguana's twice and Brogens and Frosty were good also. Real Escapes provided great service.
