A 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner condo with both front and back wrap around balconies lets you take advantage of not only the Gulf but the back bay and bridge to the famous FloraBama.

This spacious unit at the (low density) Phoenix VIII offers both indoor (with hot tub) and outdoor pools along with a fitness center and tennis/pickleball court. Recently added vehicle charging station. The location is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Suzy was very welcoming, responsive , and made the entire experience from booking through checkout! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views of the beach and sunrise!!! The location was great and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We can’t wait to stay here again.

It was a nice three bedroom condo right on the beach with easy access and close proximity to many amenities that Orange Beach has to offer.

Great Condo for Vacation

This was a great place to stay. The wrap around balcony was amazing. Perfect size for family. Very clean and the beds were great!

Wonderful condo

Condo was wonderful. Lobby and elevators were cool and clean, and elevators were very fast! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place for Labor Dy weekend with Family!

Suzy is an exceptional host and the property was perfect for a long weekend in Orange Beach. Great place for some family "down" time with the beautiful Gulf just steps away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and both a Rouse's & Publix easily accessible for "in home" dining!

Nice relaxing stay

It was very nice. Nothing fancy but clean and well equipped. Great view from the balcony, indoor and outdoor pools as well as beach access.

Annual Girls Trip!

We celebrated our mother’s 60th Birthday with a nice little getaway. The host was on top of getting me info about places to eat and shop! The Unit was perfect size and great location! Clean and very well put together!

Great beach vacation

Property was clean and spacious! Great views, we sat on the balcony andseen dolphins each day. Check in was simple and front desk was very friendly! Suzy was very kind and responsive! We can't wait to return again 😁

Seas the Sunset is a great property. It was spacious and just what we expected from looking at the pictures. There’s a balcony on the front and back of the building with great views. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for one full week— travelers included myself and my husband and our children ages 22, 20, and 16 as well as our daughter’s friend aged 16. This place has plenty of sleeping space and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation. The balcony was so nice for enjoying beautiful views of the gulf as well as the back bay. We drank coffee, ate meals, and played cards outside. The building was quiet and family friendly. We never spoke to any staff because we never had any problems of any kind. Suzy was great and gave personal guidance to help us enjoy our time. She also had to resend emails to me and was so nice about it! Check in/out was super easy as well. Tons of kitchen items available as well as starter paper products, games, books, and other little items to make that first trip to the store a bit easier. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and liked having our car so nearby in the parking area. The boardwalk has multiple hoses and rinsing areas as well as being made of a material that doesn’t get hot!! Def a bonus for the hot August sun! Great location, great building, fast elevators, beautiful views, lots of space, comfortable furniture!!

Great location!

This is a wonderful property! Great location, easy access to the pool and beach. Beds are comfortable. Suzy is a great host with open communications and addressed and acknowledged any issues we had. Would definitely stay here again.
