We have stayed in Manini Point House several times now, and it's so wonderful. The house is always sparkling clean, comfortable and ready for us. We love the location, proximity to the beach and authentic Hawaii vibe--we're so grateful to stay in this neighborhood. Elizabeth and Steve are fantastic hosts. It's one of our favorite places to be.

Awesome stay!!

We had an amazing time! Pleasantly found that we were extremely close to ocean and snorkeling! House was perfect for us!

The house was amazing, the location even better than we expected. We walked to Manini Beach every morning with our cup of coffee.The hostess, Elizabeth, was so thoughtful to have a huge fruit basket waiting for us. The beds were all so comfortable and we loved the covered patio for hanging out together and eating at the lazy susan table. It worked great for playing Scrabble! The beauty of the grounds and the house more than made up for having to hear roosters!

Home away from home

What a wonderful place to stay and what a wonderful host. We really enjoyed the location, the amazing kitchen, the walks nearby, and the farm tour provided by the warm friendly host. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

great stay

Elizabeth was so helpful and the house is stunning and beautiful. Roosters around fyi for light sleepers. Mahalo for the lovely stay!

Fantastic location!

We’ve stayed in this neighborhood several times and Manini Point House is a favorite. We love everything about it: beautifully decorated, wonderful vibe, everything we need. Elizabeth is a fabulous host and we can’t wait to return.

This is a wonderful place and Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful. Steps from amazing snorkeling and a short drive to the place of refuge and two step. Easy drive up to Kona for nightlife if you’re interested. Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable. Gets hot if there is no breeze but that’s pretty rare and you can always cool off in K Bay!

Beautiful house minutes from ocean beach

Excellent accommodation with all of the amenities. Loved the Lanai for casual evening conversations or afternoon reading. Close to great local restaurants and local organic farm experiences.

Beautiful home

This is a great location for the more active travelers. If you like being close to snorkeling, kayaking, and historical parks, you’ll like it here! The welcome fruit basket was incredible.

Favorite vacation spot

This was out 2nd stay at this location and we love it. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet and full stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect with a beach and rental kayaks within walking distance and a fabulous snorkling location a short drive away. We will be back again soon.

Surrounded by ocean and beaches

Very well maintained property in an amazing location. Perfect sunset walks and whale watching. You can see and hear the ocean all around you even though there’s no unobstructed view. Gorgeous home.

Be sure to do the organic farm tour with Elizabeth and Steve.

This beautiful home was to rent, had an extremely well stocked kitchen and had room for 6 of us to spread out.

Fabulous Manini House

This was our first trip to the Big Island and the house was perfectly located to explore beaches and volcanoes. The house itself is beautiful and a short walk to the small but lovely Manini Beach. We will be back!

Visit old stomping grounds

Our friend was raised on the island and provided us an opportunity to visit after his family reunion. The house was a perfect home base for 3 couples to revisit and explore the island.

The Perfect Stay

Great to be back at Manini Point House!

Our family loved being back at Manini Point House after 10+ years. Still the same relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the bay, morning swims, watching the sunsets, and exploring the island. Thanks again to our host Elizabeth!

Wonderful home

We’ve stayed in this sweet neighborhood several times and this house three times—it’s hands down our favorite. Elizabeth and Steve are wonderful responsive hosts. We can’t wait to come back next year. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to experience the aloha in this community.
