From home to ocean in under a minute! This newly built custom home is just 200 feet from the ocean and located in the heart of authentic Old Hawaii - Captain Cook locale on the Big Island of Hawaii. An exceptionally comfortable residence, with expansive ocean views from all rooms, the covered lanais (patios), and large open aired decks create the perfect environment for lounging, relaxing or gathering with friends or family in an ideal setting.

Situated in an upscale neighborhood with a private beach park directly across from the residence, this craftsman style home, is within a stone's throw reach of some of the best diving, snorkeling, kayaking and whale watching on the island.

Rental includes use of beach chairs, beach towels, beach cooler and beach umbrella.

Hawaii County Restrictions:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00pm to 8:00am, during which time the noise from the rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area
- Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area
- The STVR (short term vacation rental) shall not be used for commercial purposes

Our stay was excellent! The house was very clean inside and out and well equipped for us. Had gear to use for beach trips (snorkels, coolers, umbrella), books and games to keep us busy inside when Lala came around and a wonderful outdoor space for enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery. Communication with our host was great and helped us feel better about being there when unprecedented weather during our stay brought about an emergency declaration. We would absolutely stay with this host again.

Everything was perfect for our stay with all of the necessities plus. Great location near Pebble Beach with amazing Sunset views and were able to see a pod of dolphins swimming by. You will need a bit of strength if you have to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Greg was very attentive to anything we needed and making sure our stay was perfect. The home is as beautiful as you can imagine and directly across from the beach. My wife and I could not say enough about how perfect everything was for us and we will most definitely plan to stay here in the future. Mahalo!

Amazing location, awesome host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Unique site just across from an awesome swimmable rock beach. Had snorkels and fins, everything we needed for our visit to 2 step - no need for booking and paying for a snorkelling tour! Kitchen phenomenal , super neat outdoor shower for the master bedroom, what a fantastic site!!

Such a beautiful place, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we could need. From spectacular views to a ton of spices and lovely indoor spaces, it was a great place to relax and explore. We loved the big dormitory room with space for the kids to be while we had a refuge away from them with our own outdoor shower! Great communication with our host when we needed it. Highly recommend!

The host was very welcoming and took extra steps to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The house is a well designed, well thought out place making our stay very relaxing and peaceful. The ocean can be viewed from every room. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked.

The house is in perfect order with everything you would need. The view is incredible. The sunsets spectacular. Gregg was the quintessential host - excellent communication, friendly, and helpful with local suggestions. This owner built house attended to every detail in design and comfort and aesthetic.

This home exceeded all of our expectations! Our host Gregg was very accommodating and even met us at the house to welcome us to his beautiful custom home. The house is very well-stocked and nicely furnished. Its location can’t be beat. We were able to enjoy sunsets from the deck; barbecue; swim & snorkel at the beach in front of the house; hike two coastal trails; and travel easily from the house to Volcano National Park. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. We’ve stayed at a number of rental homes and this one is at the top of our list.

Had an amazing stay at the beach house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. The house was very clean and we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The best part was the gorgeous view of the ocean and the amazing sunsets. Our stay exceeded our expectations, wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our second visit to this beautiful vacation home and we loved it just as much as our first! The home is clean and so well cared for - the kitchen has all the amenities we needed to cook multiple family meals. We enjoyed the incredible views over coffee each morning… and the Kona Paradise hill makes for a great workout if you’re up to it!! Gregg is an excellent host, we can’t wait to return again soon…

Spectacular sunsets. Beautiful and comfortable accommodations with gourmet kitchen.

I will stay here again as soon as I can return to the Big Island. Ideal location for all the day trips we took to Hawi, Hilo, the National Volcano Park, Kona Farmers Market.
