This is honestly a really nice place. The location is ideal too, very close to downtown and the mountains. It is located on a fairly busy road, but the house is set far enough back that you don’t really notice. The yard was beautiful and perfect for relaxing and hanging out in the evenings. Really can’t say enough positive things and have no complaints.

The main plusses are that this is a large house with a large backyard area, so can work well for a family with kids. But be aware that the listing of beds in inaccurate. Bedroom 1 has a king and en suite bathroom as listed, but bedroom 2 does indeed have 2 queens but it does not have a futon and the 'crib' is a pack-n-play folded up in the closet. Bedroom 3 is small and has one queen, not two as listed. There is a foldout couch in a space adjacent to the living room (see the photos). Oddly, the door to the backyard from the utility room was screwed shut from the outside so the only access to the backyard is thru the slider. Finally, while this property is located near strip malls, restaurants and markets, but it's on a busy street, Sheridan Blvd, and it is not in a "good" part of town.

Great stay!

This place really was the "perfect spot!" It was located in a great area with lots of things for us to do nearby. The house was very comfortable and spacious and our children loved playing in the outdoor play area. Can't wait to visit again!

Great spot! Super close to many breweries and restaurants. Stayed here and went to Coors Field and Red Rocks. Easy breezy for 4 people.

The host was super responsive- responded to texts within an hour, recommended things to do, gave tips on neighborhood, etc. the house was well equipped and has good amenities including a big parking lot, a backyard with grill and many patio furniture sets and a kids play area. The house was also close to the downtown which made drives easy. All over a pleasant stay.
