The home was perfect for our family of 6 adults. Easy walk to the beach and plenty of room for our family. The a/c in every room made our stay very comfortable as well. Tiana was super friendly and very helpful. Would most definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation! The location is great, with plenty of beaches, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The space itself had everything we needed for a family of 6, including laundry and a stocked kitchen. Tiana, our host, was wonderfully communicative and helpful. Would recommend!

We had a spectacular week. The home is spacious, with well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, all the things you need for a beach day. We especially appreciated how easy it was to walk to Poipu and Shipwreck Beach.

We had such a wonderful time staying here! The home is absolutely beautiful, relaxing, clean, fully equipped, and an easy walk to the beach. Tiana was kind, responsive, and informative, and we'd love to come back next time we're in Kauai!

The house was great. Spacious, clean, fully equipped. It was a perfect place to stay for our multi-generational family vacation to Kauai. Tiana was a great host. She provided all the details we needed for our stay and was available by phone and VRBOP messaging if we needed her. Highly recommend this house. The location is ideal for access to everything in Poipu Beach but also a central location for day trips to the north and west sides of the island.

Clean house with lots of attention to detail - coffee machines, ironing board, kitchen appliances, and even spices and condiments - details that save many trips to the store. Location is great with a nice, easy walking path straight to the beach.

Annual family vacation

Plenty if amenties. Air conditioning and perfect location. Can walk to many beaches and restaurants. Pool was awesome.

If this place is available, don’t hesitate to book it! Wonderful home with room to spread out. Walking distance to Shipwreck’s beach, Brenneke’s beach and Poipu beach. Kitchen was well stocked and included some helpful condiments and spices for cooking. Tiana is a fantastic host, friendly and super responsive. It truly felt like a home for the week. We even got lucky with timing and picked a ripe papaya from the backyard tree. We also took advantage of the beach supplies provided. While we didn’t have kids, the place is really kid friendly too.

Amazing location

I don’t know that the location could be any better. Close to beaches, easy walking everywhere, and right next to the Hyatt. House was well stocked for our family trip. Highly recommended.

Great spot, great house, great owners

The house was perfect for our large family! It was bright, cheerful and spotless. The owners were wonderful and went beyond the norm to be helpful and accommodating. We'd love to stay there again.

Clean spacious house centrally located

House was clean and spacious and our host Tiana was responsive and accommodating. Location near Grand Hyatt was great. Easy walk to beautiful beach but not a good surfing beach.

Aloha Cohen 'ohana! Thank you so much for staying with us over the holidays. It was lovely to meet a few members of the family. I'm really glad you loved the house and the location. It's tough to beat sunny Po'ipu! Unfortunately, the winter is not a peak time for surfing on the south side. Shipwrecks (in front of the house) is advanced surfing year-round, but there are other great surfing beaches near-by which I surf at often. Next time, come in the spring/summer/fall months and I'll help you find some good surf spots. Mahalo and have a wonderful new year! Perhaps see you in New York one day... Aloha! Tiana

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect!!

Perfect size for our family of 8! Perfect location, walking distance to great beaches for swimming and snorkeling and boogie boarding. Perfect amenities - for the baby, for cooking, for going to the beach. Seriously, we loved this home and hope to return some time soon!

The house had all items we need. Including items for babies. We would of liked a slow cooker/ crockpot. But the kitchen had lots of appliances. It is just a short walk to the beaches. One had turtles and seals that come up out of the water. Also the pool at the resort is very nice.

Wonderful family vacation home

Our family of 8 (Parents, 2 adult children with spouses and 2 grandchildren) stayed at this lovely home for 10 days. Location was perfect since we could walk to 3 beaches. The home was perfect for us with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. They had all the beach items you could ever ask for including a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, lots of towels, etc. Thry also had everything you could need for kids like step stools, high chair, games, legos. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, very Hawaiian and met all our needs. The owner was lovely and we were so grateful for the use of this home during our family stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best

The house was perfect for our stay. The 4 bedrooms were exactly what we needed for one grandma, two couples, one baby, and two children. We truly appreciated all the amenities the house had. The location of the house was so convenient to walk to the beach, the pool, or some local restaurants. The drive to some other beaches was very short. We look forward to using this property again!

Perfect ending to our last days in Kauai

Your house was absolutely awesome! Thank you for letting us stay at it during our spring break vacation! One thing to note is that when we got there the ice machine wasn’t working. I was able to fix it by removing the ice dam that had formed inside it. Mahalo!!
