Inexpensive alternative

Everything was fine. The only issue was the underpowered AC as it was over 100 F during my stay. All the other amenities were as expected.

Quiet stay

Quiet and conveniently close to the activities we were doing. Its an older rental. The bathroom could use some repairs. (The picture in this review is not the one we stayed in.) It was comfortable for the three of us.

Stop in before & after vacation

This location was nice and quiet. We needed a place to stay before an early morning flight out of Billings & again returning to Billings before a long drive home. Definately better suited for 2 couples that wanted to visit & more affordable than a hotel room. We will absolutely be staying again!

Disgusting

This property is not what it appears to be - there's a reason the photos are blurry. Location is in a rough neighborhood. Side-street parking only. Front door and code-entry lock dirty. Screen door was totally wrecked (screen ripped out). Window-AC units only, 1 in the kitchen and 1 in 1 bedroom. It reeked of musty, mildew/mold-no air fresheners or any attempt to make the property smell nice. Checked in only briefly before heading to a concert. When we returned to the location after 10pm, despite it being hot during the day, we were cold and wanted more than a sheet and very thin bedspread. Two small, crappy pillows for each of the two beds. Earwigs on one bed. No other pillows or blankets to be found anywhere. Host suggested that decorative couch toss pillows could have been used for extras-disgusting. Host determined we shouldn't have needed extra blankets because it was hot during the day. Host refused to refund the money paid, even though we determined to leave the property after 11p and stay at a reservation-confirmed hotel room. Host based his insistence that we stayed on the unlocking times for code-entry lock and that we left a little water in a nearly-empty water jug in the refrigerator.

Arrived and got in property but did not stay... The smell of tobacco smoke was strong and we have a person very sensitive to it so found a room at Doubletree.

Good place

It was a clean and comfortable place. Two queen comfortable beds. This place with washer and dryer was perfect for us.

Graduation

We were in Billings for my grandsons graduation. Our rental was in the perfect location for trips to family's homes and to get to stores. Good neighborhood, quiet, parking right out the door. Very convenient!

Nice Quick Stay

We stayed here for a few days, and while there wasn't a ton of kitchen/bathroom items that one would expect, they were communicative and helped out where appropriate. Would stay here again.

Place was a bit musty smelling

Worked for a quick 9 hour stay. Given we did not use the kitchen or laundry or stay more than 9 hours, I thought a price change would have been appreciated.

False Advertisement

This was advertised as a private home which it is not. We came to Billings for my husband's surgery and specifically wanted a private home so we could relax and have a peaceful nights rest before a major surgery. First of all this is a duplex that shares walls that you can hear everything going on in the neighbors home. The beds were very uncomfortable and we were kept up all night by the TV next door. Very disappointed.

Amazing place with everything you might need.

Had a great stay over the weekend and everything was very close to the rental property. Everything was spotless and Christopher was very prompt with answers to any questions I had. I will definitely be using this rental anytime I am in Billings. Thank you so much!

Nice Rental House, Good Value, Old

This is an old home as part of a duplex - one can tell the age of the property. The furnishings are new, but the property itself shows its age. Based on the price of this rental, the value is great, considering what one gets for the price, I would stay here anytime and recommend it for anyone that's looking for a good value for the price.

This was my first BnB,wish the rest of them on my trip had lived up to this. Lots of little extras which were asurprise to me. Way better than a motel,and two bedrooms allows me to get a good nights sleep apart from my snoring travel companion!

My normal job is working as a firefighter/paramedic but I have always wanted to own a hotel. My brother gave me the idea of using a second home I own here in Billings as a BnB. The home just happens to be in a great location so I thought I would give it a shot.
I hope you love the house and I hope to be a great host to you.
My goal is to give you an uninterrupted stay with no hassle.
If you need help, directions, advice on your stay etc. then I am eager to help when asked.

This home is in a great neighborhood, quiet community and is close to everything. If I were visiting from out of town this is where I would want to stay to be close to airport, school, hospitals, restaurants, concerts and grocery store.
