Unit 105- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial Gulf Views. | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf view condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room boasts a 50” flat screen smart television with FIOS HD TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker and a Keruig coffee machine. The condo has tiles throughout. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Long weekend getaway

The unit is nice but needs some updating and there is a water leak under the sink they couldn’t fix. The facility itself is a Mickey Tim property and the beach is wonderful. I would stay at palm harbor again just not this unit

Just OK.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Declining quality year over year.

Wonderful!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset views from the glass windows of this 10th floor apartment were breathtaking. Beautiful private beach with white fine sand right outside the building. Well kept property in general. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Nice water pressure and temperature in the showers. The powerful a/c saved us from the super hot summer.

The views from the condo were absolutely gorgeous. The workers at the front desk were so helpful and sweet. This trip was a Girl's Weekend Getaway for 6 of us. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. I would definitely book this condo again! Beautiful condo, beautiful beach!!!
