Unit 105- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial Gulf Views. | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf view condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 55" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room has a sofa sleeper as well as a 42” flat screen television with Direct TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The condo has tiles throughout. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Fantastic condo on Siesta Key Beach

Wonderful, clean and comfortable condo on 10th floor with amazing view! Loved the walk ability to the beach with free beach chairs and able to order umbrella for decent price! Will definitely e back!

Absolutely perfect

First time staying at this property. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. From location to condo amenities. Clean, comfortable and the beach location was excellent. I will reserve for next year’s birthday again.

Long weekend getaway

The unit is nice but needs some updating and there is a water leak under the sink they couldn’t fix. The facility itself is a Mickey Tim property and the beach is wonderful. I would stay at palm harbor again just not this unit

Beautiful private beach with white fine sand right outside the building. Well kept property in general. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Nice water pressure and temperature in the showers. The powerful a/c saved us from the super hot summer.

Beach Heaven

The location of The Palm Bay Club is ideal. Walk out the door & you are on the gorgeous white sand beach. Chairs & umbrellas are easy to coordinate. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Our stay was magical!

Wow wow wow

We pulled up the first day about five minutes after sunset, what a beautiful place. The condo was clean and very nice, the pictures are exactly how the unit is. We will be back.

Great location

This is the second time staying at Palm Bay, first in the Towers. Condo was a great size and had everything we needed. The window in the master has been taped (maybe from the storm) and caused the wind to howl quite a bit.

Perfect Birthday Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday at the Palm Bay Club. We used to vacation here as a family growing up. Now I was able to bring my kids here for this special occasion. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean from the 10th floor. We were able to walk out of the building and be at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Great location with incredible views!

Location was amazing in the tower 10th floor. Views of both sunset and sunrise from this condo. Actual condo had everything you need and was pretty clean. Had to get maintenance in to fix the shower drains and then they were fine. Building is older and in need of renovations in the lobby and hallways. Only 1 elevator working which was fine and we didn’t wait too long most of the time but it stunk like vomit inside. Such a great location and we would stay here again.

Enjoyed The Palm Bay Club, but Unit 105 needs some work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th stay at The Palm Bay Club, but our first time renting a unit in the tower. We always enjoy our time at the PBC. The view from this unit was fabulous. However, there were several things about the towel and Unit 105 that made our stay less than ideal. Only one elevator was working during our stay often resulting in long waits. Pillows were ridiculously thin and beds were all uncomfortable. The master bathroom shower does not drain properly, so you end up standing in 4" of water. WAY too much clutter in the unit; the numerous artificial plants for example are dust magnets and take up a lot of space. The hallway on the 10th floor is in desperate need of cleaning/updating/repairs. Disappointed considering the amount we paid for our stay. We'll be back again, but will choose another unit for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The decor in our condo was beautiful, we really enjoyed the living spaces. It could use a little TLC but nothing that would change your stay. The master bedroom door handle came off one morning but luckily we were staying with others so they let us out the room. One of the elevators was out. I was disappointed because I had read reviews from April that one was out. I thought it should have been repaired by now. The property was beautiful, access to the beach and beach chairs was easy and convenient. We had a wonderful stay overall.

Beautiful venue with a great view!

We rented this property for a family trip. It fit our needs perfectly. We had our daughter and son in law and our two granddaughters. Everything was comfortable and well set up. Would definitely rent it again!
