Ocean Front with a million dollar view! This is a town-home, it's a large property with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, ideal for two or three families. The town-homes are three levels with shared walls so you must be ready for stairs and please be mindful of your neighbors. The view of the ocean is spectacular, with 180-degree views of the Monterey Bay from Monterey to Santa Cruz. This town-home is in need of some updating which is reflected in the nightly rate but the condo is very much functional and accommodating.

Great for the price

Might need some renovating, but for the price, it was absolutely amazing. 10/10, would stay here again if we can book for a similar price. It was a steal, we even decided to stay an extra night it was so nice.

Good value, great view

As stated in the on-line description this property could use some updating and a little TLC, however it was very clean and we loved having 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The view from the deck is spectacular.

Beach condo

We read the reviews before we booked the condo. As stated, it is dated but we enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to the beach and not far from Monterrey. Whale watching was amazing and enjoyed the electric bike ride.

Dreamy Days at the Dunes

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this home, the view, the close proximity to the sand and the fact that each room had a full bath and it's own patio. I will most definitely be back!

Family vacation at the Dunes

We had a wonderful time. We liked the 3 stories, each bedroom had a private bathroom which was a plus! Very clean, plenty of amenities, gorgeous views. We would definitely stay again. The only negative is the couch is broken down and worn out.

Great view

Very quiet complex. Spacious condo. Loved the view. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback are the stairs to go down to the bedrooms. Other than that, place was very clean and accurately depicted.

This was great for a large family. Lots of room. All 4 bedrooms were large with full bathrooms in each bedroom. No bathroom on top floor where kitchen/dinning area and living area was located. Needed to go to one of the bedrooms to use the bathroom. Would be nice to have had a small 1/2 bathroom on top floor. The property is in need of up dating/remodel. It was clean and adequate for our needs. It had a beautiful ocean view off the deck of the top floor and one of the bedrooms on the Oceanside. 2 of the bedrooms were dark and could use more lighting- very “ cave-like”. One of the bottom floor bedrooms has access to the walkway to the beach. The kitchen was decently stocked with basic cookware/dishes/utensils. Very limited spices. Coffee/creamer/coffee maker/filters and grinder were all provided. Hair dryers were in all bathrooms. Small amount of laundry detergent and dryer sheets were available for use. Dishwasher tabs/paper towels/ dishes soap/toilet paper all provided- nice. Good amount of linens and towels available. Large BBQ available for use on front porch. Microwave available and good Wi-Fi on top and 2nd floor. No service on bottom floor. It was really nice to have rolling carts to transport luggage and supplies to the unit via the walk ways. Ice maker in freezer/refrigerator was very good to have. It did have dual ovens at one time as pictured but not currently. Cushioned bench at entry was a nice touch. Called staff to clean outdoor chairs.

Good location

Pajaro Dunes needs to add more lighting to hand rails and ramps for night time arrivals. Our Condo was comfortable but definitely needs some work and updates, we knew that from previous reports. The price was very reasonable.

Condo on the beach

We had a wonderful time at the condo. We loved having a separate bathroom for each of us. The only negative was that I had called to make sure there was a bbq grill, but the propane tank was empty. Luckily, my husband had taken our spare tank.

Beautiful view

Our family traveled to Monterrey to celebrate My brothers birthday. Our original rental had a problem so we were upgraded to this house! Management took care of all of our questions! They delivered a wine opener and new coffee maker to us! The hot tub and sauna were such a great treat!

The place was nice, it's in a gated community and it's a little cumbersome to get in and out of especially late night. I left a nice gray hat there and they said they would hang onto it for me, when I was down south next weekend I called back and they said: "We don't even have a lost and found…" Also, it looks like a plumbing and lighting fixture has been changed out in that place since about the 90s…

Nothing can be better than the beach at Pajaro ! The condo was a little dated, could stand a paint job. We appreciated the 4 bedrooms/4 baths but would have been nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level (stairs are tough for us older folks). Kitchen stocked well. Our only suggestion was needs a large fry pan.

Great Eucalyptus setting with Unobstructed Ocean Views

Pleasantly surprised as it is obvious the owners are remodeling. Looks way better than the pix on VRBO. Bedrooms are all large. It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms.

Bad trip

This property should NOT be rented in its current condition. At the very least it needs to be painted from top to bottom. But that can’t be done until the mold has been cleaned off the walls. The porch floor is peeling making it hard to walk on. I wanted to have a special time with my family, instead we got a nightmare

Thank you for your early feedback during your stay and as we recall you were accommodated with an alternative solution for the better part of your stay and credited for time lost. The property does need painting and the nightly price on the property is meant to reflect that. We’ll be getting quotes this week to paint in order to improve the esthetics of the beach front townhome.
