Beach View and deck was great. Pool was close and the walk to the beach was easy.

Wonderful condo! Everything was well appointed, communication was prompt and helpful. It is a bit of a walk from boardwalk to the beach so make sure you ask questions ahead of time if you’re not sure.

Great house! Loved our time here. Needs a little more lighting in family room (not all lights are able to be plugged in) Will return!

Pretty bldg-rough beach experience

My family loved our unit. Very spacious and nicely done. But, we came for the beach. First-it was a haul to get to the beaches. The board walk near the unit did not go to the beach. It stopped midway. The HOA won’t let renters rent a golf cart so plan on long hikes. The water quality was terrible-a brackish brown with dirty foam. I came for Florida’s emerald green waters not this. It’s brown because the properties pretty lakes and rivers dump brown water right near our beach. Lastly, our visit was marred because of two flat tires. The HOA was replacing the roofs on our bldg. The contractor did a crummy job picking up lost nails in the parking lots.

Spring break

We had a wonderful vacation there and a Great experience other than several things not working when we arrived....Ice maker, TVs in bunk room, issues with dryer.....tv in bunk was replaced with temporary then another one was delivered later in the week. Other than service/management in and out trying to fix, we have no complaints. Love the convenience to the pool from the bunk room. Great for the older kids. Thank you for a wonderful week! We’ll be back! 😊

July 2019 Stay

Our family had an absolute blast at Compass Point II. The beach club's pool and umbrella/chair service at the beach were phenomenal. The unit was all we had hoped for. We will return!

June 2019 Stay

5th time on 30A and 2nd time in Watersound. Loved this condo for it’s layout, views, wrap-around porch and overall location inside Watersound, at a great price. We will likely stay in this condo again. The only negative was that the ice maker was not working and the kitchen was poorly stocked/equipped we felt.

June 2019 Stay

I've stayed in this community 5 other times and have loved all our houses. BUT this house (condo) was by far my favorite. The million dollar views and decor are absolutely beautiful. It's the most relaxing place we've stayed. We plan on staying at this house (condo) again next year. You can't beat the cost for what you get!

September 2018 Stay

We loved our family vacation to Watersound Beach. The Gulf view condo with amazing balconies perfect. The furniture on the upstairs balcony was excellent to enjoy breakfast and family games in the evening. Easy access to condo pool and grill and short bike ride to enjoy all the amenities at The Watersound Beach club. We are looking forward to our return trips in the spring and fall of next year. Thanks 360 Blue 😊
