Located in the exclusive Sea Clift Estates, this home has panoramic ocean views throughout the house and from the large sunset patio set directly on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the amazing sunsets, take in the brilliant night sky, enjoy watching otter dive for abalone in the cove below, dolphins, pelicans and cormorants troll for their daily meals and whales spouting during their annual migrations to and from Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico, all without leaving your home. A large hot tub, fire pit, putting green and outdoor dining area all combine to make this home one of a kind. The popular hiking trails of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are only minutes away by walking. This house was recently substantially remodeled with top of the line appliances. Already looking at a reservation for next year

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent from Breen almost every year. This year we really splurged and booked Sea Spray which is much more space than 2 people need. But we loved everything about it, especially the privacy.The location was perfect and lots of rooms with ocean views. Our only complaint if you want to call it that, was that the television service was mostly tied to streaming as opposed to cable or satellite TV for watching over the air TV. We are old school and love watching the evening news....live...! But..a minor quibble. We will be back next year.

We loved this property!! It was beautiful and welcoming. So many amenities with this one! Everything you could need or want! The outdoor living was exceptional, and we took advantage of it as much as we could. Plus, the views were spectacular!!

I hate to do this as this house is already so booked up way in advance. This was an amazing house in a very special location. Very few homes in California are available to rent in such a great spot directly on the water. And this is a rocky part of the coastline which I love more than beaches, so you get lots of marine life and splashing waves. The bird action alone was astounding! Just a perfect spot to relax. The pictures are true and of course in person even better. House was built to take full advantage of the views with lots of great amenities and was in perfect condition. Beds and linens , even pillows were comfortable along with all the furnishings. The several outdoor seating areas are perfect with comfortable padded furniture and umbrellas to shield from the sun. Fire pit was fantastic at night and they even had flood lights on the rocks at night to see them and the breaking waves. Also this was the best stocked house we have ever rented. Anything and everything you may want/need was there. Except for... bring your own shampoo or body wash if you need it. That was literally the only thing the house did not have that you might want. Thanks to the owners and Breen management company for making such an amazing home available and keeping it so well maintained. To those who need a special getaway to recharge the soul and get with nature in a very cool spot on the California coast this one can not be beat...

Great location, very comfortable, weather was perfect, going North or South on CA hwy (1) takes you on a journey to enjoy California's natural beauty and sites to see. My wife and I will book this property again.

Unbeatable location

Beautifully kept home with nearly everything right at hand. Hot tub, fire pit, large gathering areas perfect for our group of 8. Walking to beach and bluffs, gorgeous sunsets.

Fabulous Stay

Wow! This house was amazing! We love Cambria, and it was spectacular to stay right next to the ocean. Such a beautiful and well-appointed home! Being able to walk over to the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve was a huge plus too. Great kitchen too if want to cook some meals in!

Memories that will last forever

Our family celebrated a college graduation. What an amazing place to do so! The home is so impressive. The neighborhood is quaint and is in a great location. One of the highlights was watching the otters in the ‘backyard’.

Spectacular Oceanfront Gathering Place

Amazing oceanfront home. Beautiful inside and out with incredible views from multiple rooms and the large patio overlooking the ocean. Strolled along Moonstone Beach, walked through the quaint town of Cambria and took a short drive to see the elephant seals. Four nicely appointed bedrooms for our large family. Spectacular!
