Stunning location on Moonstone Beach! Opportunity for sunset walks on the beach boardwalk and world class restaurants within walking distance to this great 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! This home offers a gas fireplace to cozy up to on a cold night while listening to the waves crash on the nearby beach. This home is single level with all bedrooms located at the back of the home. The home has a spacious front deck and charcoal BBQ available for cooking in and soaking up the sun. Open living room layout to visit all together while on vacation. Work from the house with 300Mbps cable internet and WIFI. This home is not pet friendly. Come and enjoy all that Cambria has to offer! ***THIS HOME REQUIRES A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY****

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Relaxing and beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this house several times before and it's always a treat! Especially after the remodel, the house is serene and comfortable, and you can't beat the location. I've cooked many meals in the kitchen and it's incredibly well-stocked. The beds and other furniture are comfortable. Moonstone Beach Boardwalk is less than a block away. Our family loves this house and will definitely stay here again!

The property is a perfect location with plenty of space for the entire family. We toured the Piedras Blancas Lighthouse and visited the Cambria Christmas Market. Both were spectacular and enjoyed by all. Thank you for contributing to a great getaway.

Wonderful Stay at Chatham Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a delightful house. Steps from Moonstone Beach. Afternoon walks on the Boardwalk! Lovely sunsets! Very close to town. The home is beautifully maintained and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting areas with fireplace. Two eating areas. Lovely decor and very nice furnishings. This is probably the best house we have stayed in. We will be back!

Crazy Comfortable in Cambria

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I just returned from 12 nights at the Chatham house. Absolutely loved it. Super comfortable and what a great location. Easy walk to Moonstone. A couple of blocks from the Sea Chest and Madeline's for wine tasting. The home was recently renovated which was great. Hosted family and friends a few times. Plenty of room. Can't say enough about the Chatham House. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Property and Location

The property met every expectation (one exception - only one hair dryer). The property itself was just close enough to perfect and the location was spectacular. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Wonderful, relaxing beach house

The kitchen was recently upgraded and besides looking very sharp, it had the nicest knives and pans of any rental house we’ve ever stayed in! We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The house was spotless. You can’t beat the location, just steps to fabulous Moonstone Beach. We hope to stay here again next year!

Beach House

We spent a fabulous Christmas in this home. Three houses to the boardwalk on Moonstone Beach. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Easy to cook Christmas turkey dinner. Went to the Cambria Christmas Market and Hearst Twilight Holiday Tour. Comfy beds, fireplace and nice bathrooms. We will do this again!

Great value: Nice house with an excellent location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great place for a family vacation! Only a few houses away from the beach and the wooden walking path. My 80 year old mom could even get down the stairs to the beach without too much hassle. Nice layout of kitchen and living room for being social. Kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all in nice shape.

Beautiful stay in Cambria!

The house was in beautiful shape. It had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, a wonderful front porch and walkable to the ocean. A bit of a walk to downtown, but still doable, partially along a boardwalk. Four minute car ride to a state park just south of where we were that had beautiful trails along the bluff overlooking the ocean with its crashing waves. I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

Great Getaway Location, really nice property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Chatham house with our son and 3 granddaughters was wonderful. A perfect location a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Well equipped, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. My only negative comment would be the master bedroom mattress. It could really use an upgrade, but the rest of the house was so nice and we had such a pleasant stay that I feel bad mentioning it, but felt it should be pointed out. Dont let my comment keep you from staying here, it is such a pleasant place to stay! Staff at Breen were very pleasant too.

Breen Vacation Station made it so easy to access our keys for the house even after their office was closed upon our arrival. When we arrived at the house, the house was immaculate and full of all the great amenities that we needed for for our stay. The house was beautifully decorated, had comfortable furniture, had plenty of space for our family, and had all the things that we needed. The location was perfect on Moonstone Beach. It was great to be able to wake up each morning and be a few steps away from the beach. Would highly recommend this location. Our family had an amazing experience.
