Welcome to Estuary Cottage, located in Seaside! This beautiful two story home offers three bedrooms and two baths, making this rental perfect for up to six guests! You’ll want to stay at this gorgeous rental again and again! Step inside and see for yourself!

The living room offers a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from its bay windows, along with plenty of seating for you and your friends and family around the flat screen TV. Enjoy your morning coffee or a late night movie with your loved ones! Right off of the living room you’ll find the dining room area, along with sliding glass doors leading out into a sun room with a table and chairs where you can then get into the back yard. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up some homemade dinners or a late snack. Each bedroom has a quaint and homey feel, letting you relax and rejuvenate on your vacation from the stresses of everyday life. The first bathroom offers a shower/tub combo, while the second has a walk-in shower. You’ll feel right at home while staying at Estuary Cottage in Seaside! Cozy stay

Came with 2 friends for one night if food and friends and a howling wind and rain outside. We were very cozy inside. My only regret was the fireplace said do not use. Slept well and loved the views!

Great beach house

The house is in a great location in Seaside with easy access to the beach. House was great, everything was as listed. Highly recommended

Cleaners not show and situation poorly managed

Property was great. Management company not great. Cleaners did not show prior to our arrival. Management co said they would send them. After a few hours I called back when cleaners did not show. We did the laundry to put our young kids to bed. Late at night management co offers to move us to another house

A wonderful choice at a great price

For the money, you can't beat it. It is an older home that looks to have had a recent facelift but done so tastefully. There must be a lot of history with this home. FYI, there is no direct access to the beach. You have great access, right off the back steps, to a bay that forms with the high tide. When low, you can go explore and dig for clam right off the back steps! Highly recommend and would likely book another trip here undoubtedly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Sibling reunion

We loved this house - stayed here last year same week of September and were excited to be able to return to it this year. This is our yearly sibling reunion with spouses. It fits us perfectly with just right bedrooms, spaces for puzzles, card and yahtzee playing, able to make great meals when we want, and just right seating in living room to watch movies every night. We love having the view, watching tide in and out, all the birds, and being able to see the surf out on the ocean. So close in to town, but so very quiet and great neighbors.

Mini Couples Retreat

We utilized this property when a friend ran in the Hood to Coast 2021. It was a prefect place to be away from the busyness of downtown Seaside but close enough to be a quick drive away from the event. It was also a quick drive to our favorite beach spot, Sunset Beach. We would definitely use this property again if its available. The view out the back window was breathtaking throughout the day. Morning views were beautiful with fog or clear skies. Evening sunsets were to die for.

Great Place

Estuary Cottage

For 3 friends of 50+ years, it was the perfect place to sit & enjoy the view & have an in-person time to share. We plan on another stay in the near future.

Beautiful horizon..

The main thing I remember is the beautiful view. This SPECTACULAR view could be seen all day.. and from ANY room of the house.. During the day, we would take maybe a 3 to 5 min trip for shopping, eating, or just walking around in the heart of town. In the evening, we gathered around the fire pit and grilled steak bits under the stars. Later we came in and played family games. This place will be marked as a favorite, for my family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved this home! It has so much personality and you feel comfortable and right at home the second you walk in. The best are super soft, too soft for my husband and I , but you cannot beat the beautiful views from almost every window in this house. We will be using this home again.

Quiet Getaway in Seaside

Reviewer Comments: Quiet location in north end of Seaside, wonderful sunset views, steps away from a wide walking path next to the estuary, this home has very soft beds and couches. Adequate kitchen supplies but need to bring own equipment to make a pie or pizza. Really enjoyed the views of blue herons and other birds!

Fun with "sibs" & spouses

Very pleased with the property. Great views from water side windows & sun room. Plenty of sitting room for all of us to lounge & eat. Because of the small dishwasher, ended up doing more loads & could have used more soap tablets. Instead, did by hand with the dish soap provided. Made our week very comfortable. Have recommended it to several friends. The herd of elk grazing in the back yard after we returned from dinner the first night was an unexpected pleasure.

Cute but needs cleaning

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Living room carpet has spots and needs shampoo. Fingerprints on windows, dusty bed frames and mold in bedroom window tracks. Pots and pans beat up and need replacement. Back door bent from the weather and won’t close.

Relaxing wildlife retreat

We flew here from Wisconsin,along with our friends, for our 20th wedding anniversary. This place not only gave everything it spoke of but so much more!. We got to know the neighbors who were so helpful and friendly. The wildlife and views were absolutely amazing and we honestly wish we would have stayed longer! Highly recommend to anyone!

Great location and perfect for our family

This cottage is in a great location with a million dollar view. It was well equipped and included everything we needed, especially the grill and extra patio chairs for the yard.

Great location!

Charming house in a great location. Views are awesome! Be aware that the house is older and there is no AC, which is likely not an issue if you aren’t booked in the middle of a historic heat wave. Also, the downstairs bedroom gets a lot of light from the neighboring house. Room darkening blinds and some fans would be helpful.

Beautiful Beach Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our week long relocate to the beach after such a long year at home. The beds were very comfy (but VERY soft... in case that’s not your style). The Wi-Fi was good enough that my three kids and I could all be in Zoom classes or meetings at the same time with virtually no lag. The kitchen was well appointed as far as dishes and cookware go and all appliances worked very well. We loved our stay and will definitely come again!

Old feel beach house

But large windows looking out at the water and an atrium room as well, bring you close to the outdoors. Located right above the river where the elk sometimes visit.. Hard to get to the ocean on foot from there but not far from beach access. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice bedrooms. Lots of sitting areas and big dinner table.
