Excellent, quiet, just what I needed.

Countryside Getaway

Loved staying here. Had a bottle of wine on the table when we walked in. Beautiful view of birds, deer, cows, stars. Can’t wait to come back with my husband.

Restful get away!

We loved being in Fredricksburg but away from the hustle and bustle. The views were amazing from the porch on the back of the cabin. The deer and birds were fun to watch. We love to sit outside, so the fire pit was a bonus! Exceptionally clean and comfortable!

Mom and Daughter Getaway

Great cabin

We really enjoyed staying in this cute little cabin. We brought our dogs and the small fenced yard was perfect for them. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets each evening

Amazing Getaway

My wife and I had an amazing experience for our little Christmas getaway. The house was perfectly clean and the back yard/patio was in great condition. We used the fire pit 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be staying here next time we come to Fredericksburg!

Great getaway

Second year in a row we spent here for our anniversary and still love it. Quiet, peaceful and out of town. Very nice inside and out. Hight recommend

Favorite vacation spot, been here four times in two years and we will return!

Very quiet and beautiful property perfect for a romantic getaway. Loved seeing all of the animals and it was so peaceful. Felt safe and enjoyed the remote feel but not far from town. Great sky views for out telescope. The host was very kind and kept us aware of anything we needed to know. I liked how hands off he was but he made it clear he was there for any needs. Will stay again!

Exceeds expectations

We’ve stayed here several times. This cozy little cabin is perfect for my wife and I plus our little toy poodle. The cabin is extremely clean, comfortable and a short drive to Fredericksburg. If you like a quiet, away from town atmosphere and waking up to a beautiful sunrise, then this place is for you.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed our second stay at this quaint cabin. Very peaceful and the cabin was clean and fully stocked. We loved the birds and deer that visit daily. We will be back!

Hill Country Visit

Rocky Creek Cabin is awesome!

Very nice accommodations, clean and well supplied, only need to bring yourself! Nice views with lots of wildlife to see. We recommend it!

Great get away

We had a wonderful time. The place is great for one or two people that need to unwind. The stars are beautiful and the patio has a nice view. Cabin staying at its best, with all the modern essentials.

Peaceful retreat

Beautiful views of landscape as well as of deer and birds on the back porch of cabin. Quiet and peaceful location. Perfect cabin for a couple. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Third Time!

As always the perfect vacation spot for unplugging and enjoying the back porch and observing nature. Of course, the wi-fi is there and works great so you don’t HAVE to unplug. Very responsive host and we always feel welcomed. Currently being strong-armed to go on a family vacation but will try to make it back again soon!
