The access to the beach was very convenient. The onsite restaurant was convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious . The host kept us in the loop during the storm.

We had a great stay here! The property was clean, a close walk to the pool and the beach and had everything we needed and more inside the unit!

This place is perfect for a quick walk to the beach or short drive to nearby restaurants and shops. The home is well stocked with supplies and items to take to the beach. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again. Heather was super responsive, thank you.

The condo and host were great! The condo is comfortable and well equipped with the kitchen basics, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. There are also multiple gas barbecue grills outside to use. It is a minute walk to the nearest pool and 5 minute walk to Poipu and Brenneke’s beach where you can get shaved ice and food. Brenneke’s beach has good snorkeling and turtles. In the evening in July, the turtles come on shore and there were 15-20 turtles sleeping on the beach at night.

Nice place for our large family. Great location for walking to the Grand Hyatt for coffee and for access to Poipu beach. Also, the owner was very friendly and helpful

We were a family of six and we really enjoyed our stay. This first floor condo has easy nearby parking and it is easy to walk to Poipu beach and see the turtles. The condo was clean and full of amenities. The communication was easy with the owners. We were able to walk to Brennecke's Beach Broiler restaurant for dinner and then watch the sunset on the beach with the turtles. We could tell that the owner’s take great pride in their condo and would definitely return some day.

Everything was great! It was perfect having a 3br unit for us, our kids, and grandkids! It was close to the swimming pool and Brennecks beach and we really enjoyed our time there.

Very nice place for three couples. Close to the beaches, the jacuzzi was fantastic, and getting in and out and parking was great. Heather was fantastic and got back to us almost instantly. Would highly recommend for a group.

Heather was very helpful and responded quickly to any messages. The condo was very comfortable for the three couples in our group. Efficient layout and short walk to pools and beach. Beautiful landscaping.

Lovely place! Would absolutely stay here again. The beds were so comfortable! Loved that it was on the ground floor. My mom was unable to do many steps and I really appreciated that she did not need to go up any! The kids loved having the upstairs to themselves and it was great to have a bathroom up there too. Thank you!!

Meredith is wonderful and very responsive. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect stay in a beautiful location. It is spacious and well appointed. There was nothing missing for us!!

This condo was perfect for our family trip to Poipu. It is spacious and was extremely clean and comfortable for our group (6 adults and 1 child). The complex is well maintained with plenty of parking, beautiful pools, and shared b-b-q grills. It is conveniently located with easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, etc.

Just want to thank Heather for hosting this beautiful place. Felt at home with a full kitchen and dining area centered in the home. Like new Beach chairs, umbrella and Igloo coolers along with ice packs in the freezer were a nice complement. Snacks were provided in the kitchen as well. There is a full 12 cup coffee maker and a mini Kureg maker as well. Bring whole beans because a grinder is available. Parking was just a few steps from the front door and the pool and beaches were only a 10 minute walk. Bring snorkel gear and swim with the turtles! The upper bedroom has a half bath and 2 twin beds that could merge to a larger bed. The staircase to the upper bedroom is spiral and may be a challenge for older folks and/or larger luggage bags. Overall I highly recommended this host and would visit again.

We’re sorry to hear this guest was disappointed. This was a last-minute, discounted booking for three nights, and we made several attempts to communicate both before and during the stay but did not receive any replies. After departure, our cleaner spent over eight hours restoring the condo and reported extensive mess, including confetti throughout the home, a broken towel rack, and permanent marker on the couch. As a result, additional cleaning and repair fees were charged in accordance with our house rules. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable home for all guests and appreciate those who help us keep it that way.
