The newly completed 23’x15’ screened Lanai (no bugs allowed here) has comfy chairs with ottomans and an octagonal dining table and chairs in teak and eucalyptus wood.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, flat screen TV, king bed, alarm clock, ceiling fan, and hairdryer.

The second bedroom, offering a king bed, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV is adjacent to a full bath with a hair dryer.

Oversized living/dining areas have ceiling fans, a pull-out sofa bed, flat-screen TVs, 3 seat counter eating section, privacy screen, loveseat, and full-size sofa.

The well-planned kitchen is loaded with all the utensils, cookware, and dishes you will need! The refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, blender and toaster are at your fingertips.

Our home features generous off-street parking for your cars and boat trailers, washer and dryer, bait freezer and fish cleaning table, gas grill, cable, and internet service.

Please be advised this home has a private pool as well as a Cabana Club membership for guests to enjoy throughout their stay.

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.
