To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following guidelines:
• Noise Levels: Please maintain a low noise level, especially from 11 PM to 7 AM. Our neighbors appreciate the quiet ambiance of the community.
• Parties and Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. This rule helps maintain the property’s condition and the peaceful nature of our neighborhood.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including all indoor areas and enclosed spaces. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside away from the property. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Pets: Pets are allowed with advance notice and approval. A $125 pet fee applies.
• Visitors: While registered guests are welcome to have visitors, we ask that you keep the number of visitors to a minimum and ensure they leave by 10 PM. This is to ensure the security and comfort of our guests and neighbors.
• Respect for Property: Please treat our home with respect. Avoid moving furniture or altering the setup of the house. Any significant rearrangement needs prior approval.

• Welcome Guide: Upon entering the house, you will find a welcome guide containing all necessary information about the property, local tips, and our contact details.
