Discover The New Addition to Southern Comfort at 250 11th Street, Key Colony Beach, FL. This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for a small family of up to 5 guests, or two couples with a child.

- 37 ft. Private Dockage – quick access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic, perfect for boaters and anglers
- Tiki Hut & Outdoor Bar + Grill – ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails
- Spacious Bedrooms on opposite sides of the home for privacy
- Master bedroom: King bed
- Guest bedroom: Two full beds + twin day bed
- Fully Equipped Kitchen – cook and dine in comfort
- Washer & Dryer conveniently located outside the home
Whether you’re here to fish, boat, or simply unwind under the tiki hut, Southern Comfort Two has it all – blending the comforts of home with the charm of the Florida Keys.
Important Details:
Check-in: Saturday or Sunday (based on availability), 4 PM or later
Check-out: 10 AM
Minimum stay: 7 nights (per City of Key Colony Beach regulations)
Parking: 1 boat trailer allowed on property

- $200 pet fee for one small non shedding dog allowed. No cats.
- $185 cleaning fee
- $165 Chiller or Heated Pool with advanced notice only! (We set the Pool temperature heated at 80 degrees all year round as complimentary but if needed to be warmer or cooler that’s additional charge of $165)
