Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful resort, beach, and the home’s air conditioning. We apologize for the inconvenience with the dishwasher, gate access, and pool codes. Once we were notified about the dishwasher, we had our service technician inspect it right away and determined it needed to be replaced. A new dishwasher was purchased and installed. Regarding the gate and pool codes, these are occasionally updated by the property and there can sometimes be a delay in communication to owners. We appreciate your patience and are glad you were still able to enjoy your stay.

We already have service scheduled, but since we’re on a tropical island, repairs can take longer than on the mainland. We’re working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
