Very nice place to stay, close to beach & parking area at beach too & to the shops in Duck. Host was very nice & helpful & she adds extras in there too. Our family enjoyed ourselves.

The house had everything that we needed for our week stay at Duck. There were an abundance of beach equipment, outdoor shower, well equipped kitchen supplies, very clean bed linens, great laundry room and many more! Lisa was a great host who was very responsive, timely and helpful. She was very detailed about checking in and out procedures as well as overall layout of the house. Thank you so much for having us!! Our family had a wonderful time!

Lisa was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Her home was perfect for the 14 of us and we never got in each other’s way. She offers a nicely stocked kitchen with the comforts of home. Only one recommendation Lisa because I’m “in the safety business” I would add lighting on the outdoor steps. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing Stay

The stay was great, easy walk to Duck, the beach, and yummy food. Nice relaxing trip, kids had a blast in the game room, and having the door to close off the lower floor and the noise was an added plus. Hoping to go back again in the future.

Great weekend getaway!

The property was exactly as described and perfect for a big group! Great location and a quick walk to the beach. We also loved having the pool and hot tub at the house! Would book again.

We had such a wonderful stay at this house, and the host could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to arriving (answering little questions and planning the trip). Once we got there, the house was amazing, and we didn't need to reach out to the host throughout the duration of our one-week trip. The walk to the beach was super short (6-ish minutes), and the drive was about 30 seconds if you want to do that, and parking was very easy and plentiful (no pass needed). Go the other direction and you're right on duck road and can easily walk between 5-20 minutes to downtown/food/ice cream/shopping. The pool was the absolutely icing on the cake for my kids after a long day at the beach, the grill(s) were perfect to have to eat in. The boogie board, and extra beach toys/chairs were an added bonus as well! Thanks so much for a core memory made!!

Family trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the ocean, sound and downtown Duck. The house was plenty big enough for our group of 6 adults and 6 kids- would definitely recommend!

Wonderful house

This is a terrific place — clean and spacious, super comfortable, perfect location. We loved being able to walk to both the beach and to the sound and had an amazing time in the (heated) pool and hot tub. Look forward to returning.

Perfect Family trip

The house is clean, bright and plenty of room! Perfect location on the neighborhood street to walk to the beach or shops. We had the best time! So many thoughtful touches and fun beach decor. So sad to leave, felt like home!

Amazing Stay in Duck!

We loved our stay here! The house was even better than we expected - clean, modern, and with plenty of room for our extended family to gather - and have space. The older kids loved the game room. We all enjoyed the pool, and the walk to the beach was easy and quick. The house is close to everything in Duck.

Fall Getaway

Great house with everything you need. The weather was unseasonably warm for the weekend so we took advantage of the pool heater and hot tub. Great location…easy walk to the beach and sound near shops and restaurants.

House Beach 2022

We had an amazing time on this trip. The house was perfect for our group. The beach was in walking distance, as are some shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all! We really enjoyed the house and Lisa was incredibly easy to communicate with!

Easter break

We really enjoyed our time in this home. It had plenty of space for us, and it was really clean. The weather was fairly bad while we were there, but the kids enjoyed the game room. The pool was very nice, too. Thanks so much!

Perfect location & had everything we needed

Short walk to beach or sound. House was very well equipped. It was definitely nice to have a pool. Many homes in the area do not and this is an advantage.

Nice Beach House

We did a family trip with a group of 10 and found this house to have enough space for everyone. The house is in good shape and looks nicer in person than it does in the pictures. Location is perfect - about equal distance to the beach and sound and within walking distance of the shops in Duck. Only complaint is that the living room is a bit small for a group of our size.
