Sleeps 20 comfortably. 8 bedrooms, 4 kings, 4 queens, 1 bunk bed and 1 sleeper sofa, 3 living rooms, 3 dining rooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 laundry rooms. Also a large pavilion with a outdoor kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a game room. Only 10 minutes from down town yet very secluded. There are 3 sections of the lodge. Each section can be rented separately according to your needs. Big Buck is the upstairs section sleeps 10. Sleeping Fawn is the downstairs back sleeps 6 and Running Doe is the downstairs front, sleeps 4. Free WiFi , central heat and air. Call for price 256-996-0611. The Lodge was perfect for our big family, especially the kiddos. They had plenty of room to play and loved being in the pool. The pavilion was so enjoyable for games and evening activities. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jeff was the perfect host. He was friendly and my family loved the times he would stop for a chat. My adult kids had a blast playing corn hole, four square, soccer, and frisbee.The beds were comfortable. The kitchens were easy to work in. We had everything we needed for our family celebration. Thank you Jeff, your place was a huge hit with our family. We hope to come back next year.

Excellent Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our church young adults retreat here! It was stocked better than any other house we have stayed at. The location was secluded but still close to town. We plan to stay here again in the future if possible!

Best host ever. Built us a bonfire one night in the fabulous large firepit. Beautiful home and plenty of space for our family of 9. Everyone had their own area. Very convenient to Ft. Payne and Mentone. Would love to stay again.

Relaxing Stay

So beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed having my coffee in the foyer in the morning. It was in a very private area with beautiful views.

Great relaxing place

This is our 2nd stay. Great facility. Unfortunately our family is outgrowing this place by new marriages of our grandkids.

We’ve been trying to buy the adjoining property to add 1 and 2 bedroom units. Our plan is to build 4-2 bedroom units and 2-1 bedroom units. It was great seeing all the kids and family hanging out. Thank y’all for staying at the lodge. I hope you find a place that fits your needs. God bless.

Hidden Gem

This was a beautiful property that seemed isolated in the country, but was only about 10 minutes from town. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion here and look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful!

All and all it was a beautiful experience for my family gathering! The cabin was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations! It was a beautiful cabin! I will certainly and my family will come back again soon!

Exceeds Expectations!!

We brought our staff up for a getaway and was greatly pleased with the accommodations! Plenty of room to spread out but also a great space for being all together. And the outside area is fantastic with plenty of seating & eating areas plus games to play. Great for a large families, gathering of friends, or small staff & spouse retreat. We will be booking again in the future!!

This property was exactly what we needed and more. Beautiful home with every amenity you could think of. We had a church ladies retreat with 20 ladies. It was such a fabulous weekend.

Amazing home and host

We were in town for a family funeral and were easily able to house friends and family in this amazing house. Jeff’s hospitality was fantastic! And the outdoor patio area was an amazing location for our family reception and reunion. If anything, the house is undersold on VRBO. This is a no-brainer!

Great Buck Lodge

Our group had a great time at the Great Buck Lodge over a long weekend. Honestly the in-person experience was better than the initial pictures presented. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the extras such as the on-site grills, fireplace, etc. Additionally, our group loved having an outdoor kitchen close to the grill for easy dinner prep, etc. Pleasantly surprised!

Christmas Vacation

This is by far the best VRBO property I’ve ever stayed at! Most of all, the CLEANEST! That’s the biggest deal to me! You’ll love this cabin, the host was extremely responsive. Thank you so much!
