Great 1BR condo - completely renovated! Located right behind the famous Washington Inn. Walk to everything - shopping, restaurants and the beach! Condo has spacious bedroom with queen sized bed, full bathroom, full kitchen and living room with pull out couch. There's a great deck off the living room/kitchen perfect for outdoor entertaining and dining. Private and great for couples or a small family : )

Cozy Getaway

We have stayed twice at this property and have appreciated the privacy and coziness of the apartment. The unit is furnished and maintained well. The location is quiet but near to Cape May’s attractions. We will return.

Loved the location. You are correct…we walked to every thing.

Great place

Lovely stay for the two of us. Clean comfortable and well equipped. About 14 minutes to the beach, just several minutes from the supermarket and town shopping. Great location on a quiet cul-de sac.

Nice Labor Day escape

We had a great time staying here. It was within walking distance to town and the beach. We were able to run to the lighthouse and other places. It wasn't far from the local wineries and breweries either.

Great location and place to stay!

We had a bad experience in 2023 when our toddler got sick during our vacation and we had to leave early. Our family of 3 rebooked with high hopes and this space delivered. We were closer to the beach, had a full kitchen, and much more space. Communicating with Kristen about check in was helpful and friendly as well. We recommend!

Great condo and great location!

We had an amazing mini-moon in Cape May! The condo was perfectly advertised and we enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend!!

Nice and cozy, quiet, with a private deck. Bed and couches could need an upgrade though. They were showing their age! But we did really appreciate the proximity to downtown Cape May and the supermarket was 2 blocks away. The beach access is a 10-15 minutes walk away, but with a beach cart it was not a problem. The host was nice enough to give us beach tags, which are required access the beach, and that was a nice gesture. Overall, we do recommande this rental.

Wonderful experience

House was clean and well kept. As advertised, it is in walking distance to everything. Worked great as a weekend getaway for my wife and me. Communication with owner was good. Check in was easy and we did not experience any problems. Thank you.

Winter Getaway

Clean comfortable condo. Great location, had everything we needed. My two daughters and I had a nice weekend staying here. Highly recommend. Even the pullout couch was comfortable.

Super cute, great location!

The place is lovely. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Nice balcony to relax on when you aren't at the beach :) Our trip was cut short due to storms, but enjoyed our short trip.

Lovely Cape May condo

This lovely condo was just as advertised. Excellent location so you can park your car and walk to dining and shopping. It's a small 1 BR condo that was perfect for a couple. We will definitely consider for a return visit.

Needs a "how to" sheet

It would be helpful to add a "how to" sheet to the condo. How to use the TV (we never did figure it out), how to turn on the heat, how to use the washer/dryer. If we had stayed longer, more silverware and dishes would have been nice. Another shelf in the bathroom to put my toothbrush and hairbrush on. Location is great and the condo is very comfortable.

Beautiful Cape May

We loved staying at the condo. Everything was clean and perfect. Despite the rain, we had just a perfect weekend. Looking forward to coming back to Dale Place!!

Our week in Cape May

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Convenient walking distance to the Mall and with good outdoor space, front and back. Could use a few more kitchen utensils.
