This condo was perfect for us. The beds were the most comfortable beds, I’ve ever slept in. The convenience of this place was perfect. It was just as pictured and it was very clean. I would stay here again.

Bring shower towels, very few items for cooking not one type if pan, limited glasses. Thibgs were pieced together. All sinks runa d none if the bathroom sinks drains. 2nd bedroom with 1 bed sounds like you are sleeping on bubble wrap. Holes/indenting in walls painted over. Balcony walls very dirty old broken chairs on balcony. Great location pool was nice. Condo needs some attention

Hi Jessica, thank you for your review. We're sorry you ran into these issues during your trip. Did you reach out to our team? All rentals on our program should receive 4 bath towels per bathroom, and the kitchen should be stocked with plenty of cookware and drinkware. If you're ever staying with us in the future, we will get these delivered to you! This rental is scheduled to undergo a deep clean and re-inventory soon, so we will address any outstanding concerns. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a better experience.

Our stay was “good”, as in sufficient. Everything was pretty, and the property was mostly very clean (dining table had sticky spot, some dishes were dirty). The views were fantastic, and proximity to the beach and pools was unbeatable. We were lacking several necessities, including baking pans (there wasn’t a single one), but it was quickly delivered to us when we reached out. There was a plumbing issue that left the kitchen sink dripping, the primary toilet running, and the primary sink un-draining. There was nothing to stop up the bathtub so we had to stuff a washcloth in the drain to bathe children. (Only one tub in the unit) The beds could use an upgrade- the primary mattress dips on each side, and the single bedroom bed is very squeaky. Make sure to bring extra blankets if you tend to get chilly as there is not a single extra linen in the unit, anywhere. The only lounger on the porch was broken, other than a rocking one.

The condo was clean and the host very attentive, but this unit needs serious refurbishing. The place is very outdated, indentions in the living room wall where we learned there was a water leak some floors up, the pillows in every room were terrible, I suggest you bring your own, the toilet in the master bathroom constantly ran, the sink in the master was clogged up; drained extremely slow, and leaked by the faucet, the other bathroom did not have a plug for the tub, so no one could take a bath, and the faucet in the kitchen was hard to use. I did not contact the owners about these issues because we were there to enjoy the beach; not wait for maintenance. We have stayed several times at Phoenix X and this was the worst unit we’ve have ever rented. Way too expensive for what we got. Will not choose this unit again unless it is refurbished.

Great experience!

My family has been staying at Phoenix X for years! This property is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and the Flora Bama. We always have a great time. Check in was super easy as well as checking out. I felt that the property management communicated with me well throughout the entire process. Overall it was a great stay!
