I’m glad the pool was able to be cleaned and the heating addressed quickly once the team was aware, but I recognize that this should have been in place before check-in. I'm sincerely sorry for the numerous issues you encountered during your stay. Your experience is not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain. Please accept my apologies for the strong smell upon your arrival; we will investigate the use of air fresheners to ensure they're not causing discomfort to our guests. The problems with the refrigerator, internet, and TV are unacceptable, and I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with these inconveniences. We'll be conducting a thorough review of our maintenance procedures to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. Meanwhile, we do see that our pool vendor was able to come the next day after you reported the pool heat and it was confirmed to be working. The roaches were also addressed by our pest control team. Regarding the cleanliness of the vents and the comfort of the beds, we apologize for falling short of your expectations. We'll be implementing additional measures to ensure our property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.
