We have stayed at this unit before and will stay at this unit again, we love it! The design is perfect for our family with the large island and lanai allowing for a ton of eating (and BBQing) at home!

Wonderful Stay, Super Convenient

Fantastic

This condo was fantastic! It had great views and everything looked just as pictured. The location is fantastic as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here and would highly recommend it to anyone!

5 stars - amazing stay!

5 stars - amazing stay! Loved this spot in Kīhei. The kitchen was huge and so well stocked with everything you could need. Super easy to cook and enjoy meals with a beautiful view. Everything was clean, comfy, and peaceful. Staff was incredibly attentive and kind. Right across the street from the beach and close to everything. Would absolutely stay again. One of the best setups I've experienced on Maui.

This condo was absolutely perfect. Not only are the pictures accurate, but the location, cleanliness and quality of all the beds were outstanding. We will definitely book again.

Great Property

Our family had an excellent stay in the condo on our first trip to Maui. Location was a short walk to a number of beaches in Kihei plus there was the option to stay and relax at the resort pool. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful

This property was amazing and better than the pictures even showed. We had a wonderful time, accommodations for everything inside the condo and outside were perfect! Just what we needed! Close to all the beaches and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again!

This property was very nice and clean. Updated kitchen. Plenty of room. Located on the fourth floor, which overlooks the pool that could be a positive or negative depending on your point of view. Centrally located was close to food and shopping.. right across the street from the beach. Overall would highly recommend.

Maui 2023!

This condo is top notch! We’ve stayed at KS a number of times and this condo was by far the best we stayed at. The cleanliness was superb, location was unbeatable and the amenities of the condo couldn’t be beat. Families and/or groups this is the the condo to stay at!

The condo was clean and well equipped. We have stayed at Kamaole Sands previously but this condo was the best one that we’ve stayed in on the property.

Great property, in an ideal location

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as stated in the ad and as expected. The unit was clean, beds comfy, and ac was sufficient. We had young kids and picked the property due to the fenced pool, and the close location of the beach. We utilized the pool, the bbq area, and enjoyed the grounds. Overall we had a great experience.

Wedding May 2025

We were in Maui for our daughter’s Wedding. The Kam Sands was a great place to facilitate multiple people. Our Unit was great and the Management Co was very helpful and easy to deal with. Beds were very comfortable and Unit was nicely appointed. Kitchen nicely equipped, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
