**Temporary PARKING Update**
As of 4/1/2024, Kamaole Sands is suspending all assigned parking for the duration of the complex's major pipe project that is expected to last through the end of 2025. This will allow contractors to access the property with ease. Please feel free to use any open parking spot until further notice.
Our ground floor, two bedroom, two bath, spacious condominium (1,230 square feet) is steps from the surf at Kamaole Sands III beach! Our unique, extra large floor plan is one of only 4 units at Kamaole Sands with this layout - and our unit is located in building 10, which is closest to the beach. The lanai faces the courtyard and fountain area. Parking is a few spots down from our front door.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds that can be arranged as a king size bed for a fee or you can do it yourself. The sofa in front of the TV area is a queen size sleeper sofa. It is best reserved for children or adults who are not too particular about sleeping accommodations.
For those concerned about road noise, we're in the middle of building 10 which offers protection from noise.
For parents with children, our ground floor location is ideal. I wish we could offer every amenity for parents (like a crib/pack n play or highchair) but for liability reasons, we cannot. Instead, I can refer you to rental companies that will arrive and set up whatever you need for the duration of your stay.
Our condo's lanai faces northwest with an ocean and sunset view (depending on time of year). Our pool area has a large pool, kiddie pool, family spa and adult spa - along with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. On Wednesdays at 3pm, the Association hosts happy hour entertainment in the pool area. If tennis is your game, the resort has four beautiful tennis courts at no extra charge. There are three common BBQ areas with several commercial-quality gas grills available to all guests. We stock beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella in the lanai closet. We usually have boogie boards too, but things come and go with each guest stay. Anything we do not have can be rented from our pool area.
Our Hawaii home is a work in progress and we're always striving to make it better. As of 2023, we have freshly painted walls, ROKU streaming for both TVs, new LED mirrors in both bathrooms, a new washer/dryer, a new fridge, USB wall plugs in several locations, and a new chef's knife set in the kitchen. As of 2021, we have new upholstery in the main living area (not pictured). As of 2019, we have brand new mattresses in both bedrooms. We also have updated linens for a fresh look (pictured). We have beautiful new shutters in both bedrooms for full privacy or filtered light. We replaced the main A/C in 2019 and added a separate unit for the master bedroom. After your stay, we'd love to hear feedback on what you'd like to see in the unit for a future stay or what would be helpful to other guests.

Hi! We're a young family from Seattle that is blessed to have this beautiful property to enjoy and share. Ryan's dad and mom purchased the property over 15 years ago and spend a few months there every year. In 2013, Dad passed away, and we have stepped in to help rent it out.

Excellent value! Perfect location for families with children! No need to lug strollers and kids up the elevator - just park outside the unit and unload. Our unit is located in the middle of building 10 which provides protection from road noise, but also have a short walk to the beach. We love our guests and will do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay!

This condo has it all - view of 3 fountains and reflecting pond, wonderful garden view, small view of ocean, and great sunsets. Unit is beautifully maintained and has many upgrades. You will fall in love with our piece of paradise and come back again and again.
