2018 Built 4BR in SHIP BOTTOM LBI: Close to Beach & Fun Activities for Families

Our summer escape was built in 2018 and is still brand new! We use it when we can and share it when we can't, so it is treated with care and is spotless. We are 1500 feet from the beach with large open living concept that is great for a beach vacation. Two story construction with large 2 car garage underneath. Four bedrooms with the master bedroom on the first floor with private bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs with shared full bath with shower and tub.

One large deck on main floor with covered porch and grilling area. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining room, and living room with large TV and fireplace on the first floor. Laundry room and powder room is also on the first floor. Outside shower at back of house under the deck. Fully furnished, central AC, washer, dryer, vacuum, blender, toaster and iron provided. Wireless internet.

We welcome all responsible families to rent with a minimum rental age of 28 and older. Please keep in mind that this is not a party house. We are sure our home will meet all your expectations and more!!!

To make your beach vacation more enjoyable, we provide lots of beach equipment: 5+ beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, wagon great for kids, a few bikes and 8 beach badges. The only things we don't provide are linens, bath towels and beach towels. You are welcome to bring your own or you can rent them from local services. We will provide contacts to rent linens, bikes, additional beach equipment and more.

Great house and location!

We had a great stay in LBI. The house is perfectly located: the beach, mini golf, food, and fun activities are all within a short walk. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed, including beach materials and toys for the kids. John was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and well appointed home!

Wonderful week at the shore!

The property was just lovely. Everything was exactly what you see in the pictures. The location was great, near beach/bay/shops/restaurants. Communication was superb from the time I booked our stay 6 months ago until the day we checked out. Highly recommend this property for your LBI stay! Thank you John for everything!

Great place to stay

The house is beautiful, clean and walking distance to food./stores. Driveway has a lot of space for parking.The owner was quick to answer any questions I had. We would stay here again.

Can’t waitTo do it again next year

The house is exactly as advertised. The location can’t be beat in my mind. The coffee shop on the corner was the hot spot to be at. I do Wish the backyard was not gravel because we all have young children but great for adults. The house was perfect. I would bring gates for young kids because there are stairs and maybe extra paper goods like toilet paper. See you next year!

Very clean and well taken care of and the owner couldn’t do enough for my family great vacation

I want to introduce you to John and his wife who made our stay very warm and welcoming. If you want to relax and enjoy a peaceful home this is the place. From the time we enter to the time we left my family felt like this was our home it had all the luxury of your own home but in a shore setting. We are pet owners and travel with our pets which are like my children they opened there home to my family and made us feel welcome. My wife has cancer and John And his wife were so understanding about her needs which made our stay so much better to know that there are people in the world who do care when others are in need. The kindness that the both of them showed to me and my family made it a very special vacation. So if you are looking for a great place to stay this is the place you wil find owners who care about there renters and who will treat you like family. I want to Thank you both for making my family's vacation a special one. God willing We plan on coming back next year until then we wish you and your family the best. Thank you from the Volpe Family!

The house, property, and location was exceptional and perfect for our family of 7.

The house was clearly designed to be convenient, easy to keep clean and accommodate a variety of people and activities. The owner was extremely helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and open concept was great for socializing and food prep. The covered deck was the perfect meal spot. The house was perfect for fun family vacation. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful beach home in Ship Bottom

This was our 1st trip to LBI and we had a great week in Ship Bottom. John, our host, was responsive from the 1st time I inquired about renting his newly built home. The house is beautiful and he and his wife were very thoughtful in the amenities and layout of their home. The master bedroom is on the first floor with ample closet space and a beautiful shower in the private bath. There are 3 other large bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a shared bathroom. The kitchen and family room are really large and provided a great space for everyone to spend time together. There is an outdoor shower in the backyard which is nice and private and a convenient clothes line for bathing suits/towels. They provided a beach cart which made it much easier to bring everything to the beach as you have a 2 block walk to get there. They kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, etc and the gas grill on the patio was great. They also had a closet full of games for some family fun. About 1/2 block from the house, you will find The Local Market, which opens daily at 7AM and has the best coffe bar, homemade pastries and other prepared foods. We were there every day! I would definitely return to this home and recommend it for other families looking for a nice trip to LBI!

Beautiful house a short walk from the beach.

We stayed at this house the third week of June, 2018. The house was new construction or recently renovated. Everything was new and clean with all the amenities. The house is a short walk from the beach, a mini-mart, restaurants and miniature golf. We would rent this house again without hesitation.

Great house

The house was fantastic. It had an open floor concept and everything was new and beautiful. Rooms were nice and roomy. Great back deck and awesome location. Right next to the Ron Jon store and real close to Wawa

Pristine vacation rental just steps to beach!

This was the perfect house for us. It had ample space for our family and plenty more left. It was close to the beach, central to much of what LBI has to offer (which is great with small children). Highly recommend and can't wait to book again.

I grew up spending my summers in the 80s & 90s in this exact locations, but the house looked a lot different! We were excited when we were able to knock down the previous home and rebuild this gorgeous new home. The old memories still exist and my family is so excited to start creating new memories AND we hope you will also. We live less than an hour away and will help you and your family out in any way we can.

Long Beach Island is a family friendly destination. Our house is located right when you get on the island, so you will be on the beach before others make it to the north or south ends! We are located within walking distance to so many great venues including The Local Market which has fresh coffee and prepared foods and baked items (less then 200 feet away), miniature golf, arcade, pizza, restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts (across the street), playground, surf shops and most important the BEACH!
